Pros:

Ein außergewöhnliches Hotel, dass in der Ausstattung sehr viel Wert und Liebe auf Details legt. Das gilt sowohl für die Details in den Zimmern, als auch in den allgemeine Räumen des Hotels.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und sehr abwechslungsreich. Auch wurde sehr viel Wert auf Ausstattung und kleine Details gelegt.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich,zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Die perfekte Lage für einen Städtetrip. Frühstück war perfekt. Kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Zimmer sehr schön renoviert, Betten und Bettwäsche sehr hochwertig.

Pros:

The location was wonderful. Staff was welcoming.

Nagyon kedves a személyzet, az elhelyezkedés kiváló. A reggeli finom és bőséges volt. Semmi rosszat nem tudunk mondani, felülmúlta az elvárásainkat. :)

Die Lage mitten in der Stadt, war gut und praktisch.

Cons:

Es war eine durch und durch schlechte Erfahrung.
Die Kommunikation war schlecht, bzw. es wurde nicht auf die Mails reagiert.
Das Zimmer war schmutzig (Flecken auf dem Teppich, Haare der Vorgänger überall (Dusche, Geschirr, Bett). Beim Frühstücken gab es eine grosse Auswahl, wenn man früh genug war. Früchte waren nur verfaulte vorhanden.
Das Zimmer war sehr klein. So das man sich kaum zu zweit drinnen aufhalten konnte.
Wir werden bestimmt nicht mehr dort einchecken.
