Try World Trade Winning down the street for a lot more familiar hotel experience.
Pros:

River front location.

Cons:

Staff do not speak English. Hotel does not take Visa/Master/Amex. Cash payment with deposit upon checking in. Guest had to wait for the room to be checked before checking out. The hotel attempted to charge 15RMB for a supposedly missing washcloth.
