Schönes Haus, die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, TV Geräte viel zu klein

Die Lage ist top! Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit in der gebuchten Junior Suite ließ zu Wünschen übrig. Haare im Bad und Schmutz unter dem Bett.
Am Abreisetag ging die Fähre um 07:30. Frühstück erst ab 08:00 ist kein guter Service. Hierüber wurden wir bei Anreise nicht aufmerksam gemacht.
Für einen Gin (Monkey) Tonic 29,50 zu verlangen ist eine Frechheit, da fühlt man sich über den Tisch gezogen.

Das imposanteste Hotel, indem wir jemals logierten!
Pros:

Das Kurhaus ist mit Abstand das imposanteste Gebäude auf Juist. Besonders beeindruckend sind der Weiße Saal, wo das Frühstück eingenommen wird, das lichtdurchflutete Treppenhaus und die Glaskuppel mit ihren beiden Terrassen mit einem unvergesslichen Blick über die Insel und das Meer. Das gesamte Hotel ist stillvoll eingerichtet, das Frühstücksbüffet reichhaltig und lecker. Das Personal an der Rezeption sowie im Restaurant ist freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Geschichte dieses beeindruckenden Gebäudes findest du auf der Webseite des Hotels. Im SPA Bereich hängt ein Foto von 1932. Die Glaskuppel ist am Strand weithin sichtbar. Die Zimmer sind großzügig angelegt mit Terrasse, viele Zimmer haben Meerblick. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand und der Promenade sowie am Rand des Dorfes. Wunderschöne Spaziergänge nach Osten und Westen bieten sich an, alle Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Der SPA Bereich ist gut, aber durch lange Flure sehr weitläufig. Das Schwimmbad sieht auf dem Foto schöner aus, als es ist.

Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt am Strand. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker, der Service zuvorkommend. Leider war die Bar nicht geöffnet, aber das Hotel bietet es ein historisches Ambiente vom Feinsten. Tolle Bäderarchitektur

Ein toller Aufenthalt in einem wunderschönen Hotel
Pros:

Ein wunderschönes Haus. Trotz personeller Engpässe war der Service vom Empfang bis zum Frühstück ausnehmend gut und sehr höflich. Ein schöner Spa- und Wellnessbereich, ein tolles Zimmer, ein wunderbarer Blick über die Insel aus der Kuppel.

Cons:

Temperatur im Pool schwankte über die Tage zwischen angenehm und recht kühl. Wege zwischen Spa-, Fitness- und Wellnessbereich sind recht lang, was allerdings der Architektur geschuldet ist
