Pros:

We loved how professional and polite the staff were, our room was clean, we would love to thank Sultan for her help and kindness, and not to forget the food, it was very delicious, we highly recommend this place :)

Pros:

Чем данный отель отличается в лучшую сторону от многих прочих Турецких:
- Чистота, уборка номера;
- заботливый и ненавязчивый персонал ( особенно запомнился Расул);
Качественное питание, расторопные официанты ( всегда есть чистые свободные места и моментально подносят заканчивающееся блюда)
- ухоженный пляж..

Cons:

Очень шумно от музыки из соседнего отеля. Организуется по принципу: чем громче, тем лучше! Это очень портит атмосферу! Никто не заботится об репертуаре и качестве звука!
На пляже подчинились требованию украинских националисток ( отдыхающих в соседнем отеле) и исключили из музыкального репертуара Российские песни...
На заботу о туристах из России это было не очень похоже..

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Das Essen ist reichhaltig, man kann jederzeit Tee und Kaffee trinken. Die Aussicht zu den Bergen ist sehr schön. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich.

Спокойный отдых
Pros:

Уютный, небольшой отель. Здесь нет анимации и шумной музыки. Отель именно для спокойного отдыха. Номера хорошие, чистые. Питание свежее, выбор не очень большой, но все вкусно.
Персонал внимательный и очень доброжелательный, особенно хочу отметить Рассула)

If I were to come to Kemer again, I'd definitely stay here again.
Pros:

This is a relatively small family hotel with the most polite staff. Brothers working at the reception are so nice, accomodating and they try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Food can be repetitive, but we didn't mind because it was tasty. Especially with the salads there was plenty of choice, loved that so much.
The area around the pool is great to sit after dinner and have a cup of delicious Turkish tea and a plate of baklavas served at dinner.
We loved the location, a nice 20-minute walk to the centre and away from the hustle and bustle but still close to it. The beach is 7-8 minute walk which we didn't mind at all. The beach is great with plenty of sunbeds and a cafe with the best view and the best pomegranate juice.

Cons:

Our first room was quite small with a really, really small bathroom. However, they changed our room to a bigger room with a much bigger bathroom and we were very pleased with it.
I like to have scrambled or fried eggs for breakfast and they never serve that. So please put scrambled/fried eggs on the breakfast menu.

Pros:

Het hotel was redelijk, maar de warme maaltijden ware lauw en het personeel zat meer op hun mobieltje te kijken dan te werken.

Aki nem zsúfolt hotelekre vágyik hanem családiasabb hangulatra annak szívből ajánlom.
Pros:

Egyszerü kedves kis hotel. Nyugodt, csendes. Nem zsúfolt. Naponta takarítanak mindig tisztaság van. A központ kis sétával könnyedén elérhető. Az ételek egyszerüek de finomak. A tengerpart 10 perc séta. Aki nem a zsúfolt nagy hotelekre vágyik hanem családiasabb hangulatra annak szívből ajánlom.

The staff was welcoming, the rooms were nice and had a beautiful view, and the breakfasts were delicious. The hotel has a beautiful grounds with a swimming pool overlooking the mountains. The rooms are cleaned regularly. I recommend to visit this hotel.
