Pros:

Очень понравилось забота отельера. При заезде в номер он включил отопление сам без напоминаний. Номер чистый, есть все необходимое. Очень хорошая терасса для отдыха. Хоть я был один гость в отеле, предложили завтрак.

A wonderful location to enjoy the old city
Pros:

We loved the location and the communal balcony. The building felt airy and had a lovely atmosphere, and our room overlooked the city wall which felt pretty special! It was really nice to be able to walk around the old city at night as well.

Cons:

The staff didn't always seem confident, so if we'd had an issue it may have been hard to communicate it. Fortunately that was not the case.

A lovely guest house in the heart of the Ichan Kala
Pros:

Islambek Khiva is a lovely, exceptionally well located guest house right in the old town of Khiva. The staff were super-friendly and happy to help at all times - even checking us in well before the official time as we arrived early off the overnight sleeper train from Tashkent (we were very grateful!) We had a great room overlooking the quiet street at the foot of the old walls, just far enough from the major sights to be away from the tourist bustle, yet only five minutes walk from them and a main gate into the newer town. The fridge in the room was very helpful in 30+ degree heat, and the kettle was also welcome. Breakfasts were great and so was the tour we booked for just the two of us from the travel agency to the Khorezm fortresses - though be aware some of the driving on Uzbek roads can be a little hair-raising (for one used to driving in the UK)!

Cons:

The shower was a little cramped and sometimes was rather erratic and ran cold - but that's perhaps to be expected in an old building and the old town

Nous avons bien apprécié le patron et sa famille.

Le matelas était vraiment trop dur pour moi. Mais avec l'âge j'ai de gros soucis de dos, alors...

Pros:

朋友说老板有点shy,早餐种类不多不过也还可以，没想到住客们都挺早休息的，我们9点多回来都要小心翼翼怕打扰到别人。。。订的家庭房4张床空间就会很小，淋浴的水比较小，温度够热，晚上睡觉安静，酒店在北门附近。

スタッフは優しかったです。
