The view from the room was great! The hotel is super clean, the mattresses are good, and the breakfast brought me back to my childhood, simple but tasty. The South Beach of Kiten is less than 7 min away, Center of town - 10 min. Air conditioner worked perfectly and we had the most gorgeous terrace ever. Loved it!
No coffee machine in the room, but Nescafe provided.
The view is amazing, right onto the sea front. Literally a couple of minutes walk to the beach. I stayed in one of the large apartments which are downstairs from the reception. The room was immaculately clean and very comfortable. The terrace was a good size with a paved area plus grass, so there would be plenty of room for a group of people outside at the same time. The bathroom was a very good size and the shower was always nice and hot.
The kitchen is a decent size with plenty of storage but I would really have liked a hob of some kind as you can't cook everything in a microwave. Some of the lights are on motion sensors, which was okay for me on my own, but it would have irritated me if I'd been with others, having the light go on every time someone got up in the night.
Exceptional clean, well run hotel, friendly attentive and professional staff.
The hotel is superb. It's located near the south beach, there are no noisy restaurants around. Daily cleaning of the room with regular change of towels and sheets. The view is amazing, food is delicious and more than enough. There is parking spot, but there is no elevator (not a problem for us) 🙂. Staff is very friendly and smiling.

The hotel is located on a bluff above the Black Sea. We had a beautiful view of the sea and saw an amazing sunrise! It is close to the beach, just a 10 minute walk. the room was very clean and was cleaned daily.
The hotel was advertised as half board but when we arrived we found that the restaurant was closed since it was early in the season.
