the room size and location

Cons:

The room could do with sound proofing. Could hear someone snoring from the NEXT ROOM!!!! Imagine being kept awake by someone snoring in the net room? You cant even elbow them awake! The food was not good. too greasy, burnt and overcooked. The dining table were never clean. The staff could do with some training. They were nice people though. Just no experience

Just to stop for overnight if you are on a budget.
Pros:

Nice place, the gardens are quiet and safe. The bed was good.

Cons:

They didn't know we already paid the booking so they had to check and do some calls to confirm.

We were said that the breakfast starts at 6 AM and we were ready at this time, the cooker arrived at 6:15 then he said untill at least 6:45 AM will no be ready so we had to go without breakfast.

Bathroom was so basic, warm water was not so warm.
