Simple Room, Parking in front of the building, breakfast buffet from 6 a.m., quiet neighbourhood, kettle, tea and sugar on the room, walking distance to small food store < 500m

Cons:

Hotel may need a renovation. In Room 1 you hear the entrance door and people talking at the reception. 2 of 3 tea cups were dirty or damaged.
