Pros:

Hotel was clean and 10 min walk from JR kyoto station

Cons:

Services mentioned were not provided at hotel, poor quality construction, bathroom door got broken after the first use itself ( within 5 min of check in) and hotel management was blaming use for that instead of aknowleding poor quality and wasted lot of time in blame game and trying to prove their point ( absouletely ridiculous ). The only Hotel in our 11 day saty in Japan where even water was not provided, we have to go out and buy in late night hours after a tiring day sightseeing.

Practical location but wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

Great location that is practical next to the Kyoto station and a Lawson, room was fine size and staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Got woken up by the screaming baby in the room next door both mornings as walls were thin, bathroom and towels were always soggy and wet because there is no screen on the shower, and got charged an extra fee of hotel tax on arrival despite having already paid for everything upfront - which did not happen to us anywhere else in Japan.

Pros:

地點在京都車站附近的巷弄裡，雖然要走一小段路，但整體週邊交通非常便利並且安靜。

Cons:

房內空間大小就是可以想像的那樣小，行李箱最好是用1:9開的，如果用了2個5:5開的，那就會沒地方放。

Buena ubicación si te interesa alojarte cerca de la estación. Habitación pequeña y sin armarios.

快適でした。
Pros:

トイレとお風呂が別々にある事。
アメニティ（シャンプー、リンス、ボディソープ）は良質の物でした。
化粧水類はありません。
とても静かでした。

Cons:

口コミをみて、パジャマがない事が事前にわかりました。
これは明記しておいて欲しいです。
口コミを見ておいてよかった、と思います。
あと、就寝灯がない事も口コミに書いてあったので、いろいろ対策しました。
トイレをつけおいてドアに隙間を開けるのもしてみましたが、隣のマンションの階段の電気が明るいので、カーテンを開けておくことで薄明かりになりました。

Pros:

Close to station. Room was quite nice. Good size shower, plenty of hot water and reverse cycle airconditioner.

Cons:

No cupboard space for clothes, there were 2 hooks an inch long with six coat hangars on them. Bathroom desperately needs a vanity unit ( there's room for one ) instead of just a sink.

Keine Ablagemöglichkeit / Schrank und lediglich 1 Stuhl, wenig Platz um das Bett herum für den der an der Wand schlafen muss .
