This hotel is highly recommendable. It is conveniently located near the train station, Life Supermarket, 7-Eleven, Lawson, and many other convenience stores. Our stay at Sakimoto Residence was very convenient and comfortable. Their customer service representative, Donna, responded quickly to our inquiries and provided excellent service. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, and drying rack. They were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. If we return to Osaka in the future, we will definitely book our stay at Sakimoto Residence again.

スタッフは陽気なかたで親切。お部屋もきれいでした。清潔でもありました。施設には問題はなかったです。

Cons:

場所がなかなかわからなくて…交番で道を聞きました。スマホで調べましたがわからない。理由は私の不注意（普通の民家に見えた）でした。見過ごしていたのです。これは私に責任があるとおもいます。あと、少しだけコンビニが遠い。街が殺風景かも…あまり京都の華やぎが感じられなかった。

Pros:

Ottima posizione a pochi passi dalla stazione di Kyoto. I ragazzi dello staff sempre disponibili e sorridenti per qualsiasi cosa. Stanza ampia, pulita e dotata di climatizzatore. Disponibili anche phon, ferro da stiro, spazzolini.

Clean room near public transportation
Pros:

The hotel was located near Kyoto Station and it was easy to walk there. The room was very clean and the bathroom had great water pressure and toiletries! It was also very easy to communicate with staff about dropping off luggage before check-in. They even put our bags in our room by the time we got there!

Cons:

Even though the bed was comfortable, the pillows were hard and grainy? I don't know what it was filled with, but it was incredibly uncomfortable.
