Todo lo demás. No hay aure acondicionado en las instalaciones, es extremadamente pequeño incluso para los estándares de Japón. Pese a estar cerca de la estación, la comunicación con los barrios principales es terrible.

Hotel The Point is on point!
Pros:

The location is good, with easy access to subway and bus stations. The room layout is ok -- a bit tight but manageable. I like having a separate toilet and bath. The room is clean and toiletries are available anytime.

Cons:

None. I would prefer staying here again and recommend this hotel to my friends visiting Kyoto :)

This hotel is highly recommendable. It is conveniently located near the train station, Life Supermarket, 7-Eleven, Lawson, and many other convenience stores. Our stay at Sakimoto Residence was very convenient and comfortable. Their customer service representative, Donna, responded quickly to our inquiries and provided excellent service. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, and drying rack. They were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. If we return to Osaka in the future, we will definitely book our stay at Sakimoto Residence again.
