The cleanliness is top, the hotel seems new and it has an elevator for much convenience, the breakfast is good and yummy
The beds are a bit on the uncomfortable side, and the location is a bit far from the beach and the center maybe 10 mins on foot

So I know it's Ramadan, but please, if you don't want to offer breakfast please remove it from booking.com. The other places I have been to in Morocco that said they offered breakfast, actually did, so it's not self-explanatory if you don't.
There is no sound proofing and there is noise from the street and the cafe downstairs at night.
Very comfortable bed, good shower, and plenty of room for all my stuff. Good strong WiFi and café next-door. (Paid) Bicycle parking across the street from the hotel.
I paid for breakfast but there wasn't any due to Ramadan. Hotel was a little difficult to find.
