Pros:

I would give a 10 if not for the stairs going up to the room. The stairs are steep and not senior 🙂🙂🙂🙂 friendly...... The staff Chelsea,Jane and Ivan made were really accomodating and made our stay very pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you Chelsea ( the manager by the way) for letting us move to a lower floor.

The stairs going to the second floor is very steep.

For the price, you can’t expect much. Good value for the money
Pros:

Water heater works well
Strong aircon
Fast internet
Good location, near the beach, restaurants. Trikes are easily available to take you to the center or other tourist places.
Parking area, faucet with hose was handy for a quick wash of the car.
Room and bathroom are clean.
Helpful staff.

Cons:

Aircon is a bit noisy.
There are some ants that kept appearing in the bathroom.
The triple room is a bit cramped for 3 pax.

Very clean and the staff were great also it was very quiet which was great, Chelsea was very friendly and accommodating she was easy to talk to and her English was refreshing as she had no trouble with my fast talking Australian accent. I'll be going back there when I go back to baler, highly recommend as I did enjoy my time there

Like a home away from home!
Pros:

We loved our stay here! We have been to Baler quite a few times as a family and this was the first time we did not book with our usual hotel and we did not regret that decision. The place was very cozy and homey and the exact vibes we were looking for. The location was amazing. Just a short walk from the beach and multiple eating spots. The staff was equally amazing too!! Easy to talk to and so responsive to our needs. We will definitely be back!

Location - just a few mins walk to Sabang Beach

Staff - friendly and accommodating

Room was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. I didn’t notice if there was a care kit. I didn’t ask because we brought our own. Towels were provided though.

The whole place looked cute, especially the reception area. There were cards and board games too.

Cons:

Parking can only accommodate 2-3 cars. I recommend letting the property know if you’re bringing a car. They might be able to reserve a spot for you. But there’s a pay parking near the area, which is also close to Kusina Luntian. There are also restaurants and cute cafes nearby.

Pros:

Backdoor Villa is a little slice of paradise in Baler. The room was spotless and super comfy. The location is perfect — everything is within walking or biking distance, with the beach and great restaurants just around the corner.

What truly makes this place stand out is the amazing staff. Everyone is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and always making sure we had everything we needed. We felt truly taken care of throughout our stay.

Special shoutout to Chelsie, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for — thank you so much!

So nice place. Room with balcony was great, comfy bed and pillows. Lot of space to put your things. Shower with hot water
