Reasonable, Very Reasonable
Pros:

Easy check-in, friendly staff, simple but comfortable room. Good location, everything in Banya is in a few minutes' walk. Nice view from the top floor rooms. The pool was a nice addition. It was simple with few extra features (e.g no jets), but clean and well maintained. The price/quality ratio was more than reasonable.

Cons:

Banya has just started developing into a tourist hub, so some of the services are still naively basic. There were, for example, no designated parking places, you could park in the street as locals do. Signage, in general, is lacking. Pool rules are not observed as there is no personnel around.
