Great place with clean, well appointed rooms in nice location with attentive staff.
Pros:

Nice clean room close to the university, a little off the main areas, but still vibrant neighborhoodood with all the necessities. Staff very nice, knowledgeable and attentive to guests' needs.

Cons:

Nothing, the place fit my needs, location, and value. Only small issue was that my room faced the piazza, and there were some late-night stragglers outside, but I quickly fell back to sleep.

Boa localização e atendimento incrível
Pros:

O atendimento foi perfeito, muitos simpáticos. Eu cheguei quase 0h (horário que termina o check in) e o senhor que fez meu check in foi incrível, com muita educação, paciência e ainda ofereceu um chocolate quente. A localização é muito boa, perto de comércio e restaurantes maravilhosos. O metro ficava há uns 15 minutos andando. Quarto simples mas confortável.

L'hotel è davvero carino e confortevole, si trova in una zona molto tranquilla da cui è davvero facile raggiungere il centro e la stazione con i mezzi pubblici. Al nostro arrivo siamo state accolte con molta gentilezza dal personale che si è rivelato sempre molto disponibile e cortese. La nostra camera era perfetta per le nostre esigenze, molto moderna, calda, pulita e luminosa. Lo consiglio vivamente!

El personal fue muy amable desde que llegamos hasta nuestra salida y eso se valora mucho. Las habitaciones estuvieron muy bien, de buen tamaño, bien con la limpieza y con lo necesario para tu estadía. También está muy bien conectada con el transporte público para ir a los lugares de interés e incluso para llegar al hotel, ya sea que vengas del aeropuerto Linate o de la estación de trenes de Milano Centrale. Definitivamente me volvería a quedar aquí.

Cons:

Para mí no fue problema pero para la personas con sueño ligero podría no gustarle el ruido del bar de abajo que puede escucharse un poquito.

Nice, comfortable stay
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, the rooms are clean and modern, good free wifi. I specifically requested a silent room and a silent room was given. The drink section was thought very good. It was possible to take drinks and water. There was a good bakery downstairs. The neighborhood of the hotel was good; possible to go to Duomo by walk for tram.

Cons:

Nothing. Only, if there would be a glass for tooth brushes in rooms would be good. Also, if there were a shelf for clothes that would be nice.
