Really pleasant clean and comfortable room. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Great location,near shops,restaurants and Metro. Bathroom was a great size. Plenty of charging facilities. Staff went over and above to help.

La habitación no estaba dentro del hotel, estaba a una cuadra del hotel.
Pero Lo que más me sorprendió negativamente fue la falta de empatía y deseo de colaborar.
Dejé olvidado un AirPods (audífono), al retornar a Madrid lo busqué con la aplicación Apple, ubicándolo precisamente en la habitación, escribí al hotel, enviándoles la ubicación exacta del audífono y nunca tuve respuesta, busqué la forma de conversar con ellos y por más que expliqué y pedí apoyo, no logré su colaboración.

Gerne wieder

Sehr gute und ruhige Lage. Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir konnten am letzten Tag unser Gepäck noch deponieren um noch den ganzen Tag für einen Ausflug zu nutzen, obwohl wir schon ausgecheckt hatten.
