Scary , loud , dirty place

Cons:

Felt very unsafe place , middle of the night (3am) some men were very loudly talking and keep going up and down in stairs and hitting stair sides, it was scary. I called reception , they didn’t manage to stop them.
Super run down hotel , felt dirty everywhere, super loud AC , that you cannot open . Weird window covers that makes you think as if they are using the hotel for some other purposes.
I had breakfast included but they told me need to pay .

The staff were nice, but the room quality was nothing like pictures.
Pros:

The room had a very unpleasant smell. The room I was assigned did not match the photos. I decided to pay extra for an upgraded room, but it also looked nothing like the pictures.
