I like the staff. Especially on my first night, i was not able to get his name but he is excellent. I arrive late in the evening and he is very attentive and very helpful.

Ho soggiornato in questo albergo a Milano in occasione di un concerto ai Magazzini Generali e mi sono trovata molto bene. La posizione è davvero ottima, comodissima per raggiungere la location a piedi in dieci minuti. La struttura è accogliente, pulita e il personale è stato gentile e disponibile. Inoltre, la colazione inclusa offriva una buona scelta tra cornetti, biscotti, fette biscottate con marmellata e burro. Sicuramente lo consiglio a chi deve partecipare a eventi o concerti in zona!

Pros:

Sebbene non sia propriamente in centro, di fronte ha la fermata del tram che consente di raggiungerlo in poco tempo.
Edificio liberty molto bello all'interno. Staff cordiale,
colazione all'italiana inclusa.

Cons:

Al nostro arrivo delle due stanze, ossia la 34, odorava pesantemente di fumo di sigaretta.

La stanza molto grande e con soffito alto, non percepisci la ristrettezza propria di alcune stanze di hotel. Il materasso è comodo nonostante il matrimoniale e composto da due materassi singoli. Pulizia ottima

La stanza al piano terra e molto rumorosa. Già dalle 7 e 30 di mattina senti le voci delle persone che lavorano al bar e alla reception e delle persone che fanno colazione. Sembra di stare più in una camera all interno di un appartamento che in una stanza di hotel. La colazione e scarsa e non include salato.

Ci tornerò, facendo colazione a una pasticceria a 20 m dalla struttura.

Posizione strategica Parcheggio a disposizione sul retro, e pulizia da categoria superiore.

Cons:

La colazione è assolutamente da rivedere, solamente dolce nessuna possibilità di colazione salata e tutto quello a disposizione è la semplice merendina, o biscotto confezionato, ottimo il servizio di bevande calde, caffè tè e cappuccino.
