Pros:

A localização é boa, apenas isso.

Cons:

Ele é sujo, o chão estava quebrado e grudento.
Elevador não funciona pois "travam" ele, e não tem como solicita-lo até alguém destravar.
Não há ar condicionado ou ventilador que seja.
Não há nenhum tipo de água para beber ou comprar, somente da torneira do banheiro.
O caminho da entrada do hotel até o quarto é uma imundice.
A iluminação quase não existe, chega ser perigoso!

I Love the Arno. Don't change.
Pros:

My second time visiting the Arno and its still the same fabulous No Frills establishment as I expected. I love the place, along with its ancient lift. The location is centrally located within walking distance to the Berea and Navigli neighbourhoods. My favourite Mediterranean is around the corner from Arno. I would highly recommend the Arno and the restaurant, Nicolo, Med Resto.

Cons:

To all the guests unfamiliar with ancient lifts. You need to close them before they function again. Also, communication via email is poor. Two trips and I had to re-write them again.

Bon rapport qualité-prix, proche de la gare. Parfait pour une halte d'une nuit avant de repartir.

Cons:

Chambre et lit un peu vétustes, mais pour ce prix, pas de quoi vraiment se plaindre.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. I especially want to mention the receptionist, who was very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Pros:

La ubicación está súper bien porque es cerca de la estación central. Lo que más me gustó fue el recibimiento tan amable de Raffaello. Un genio! Es un hotel sencillo, nosotros solo pasamos una noche.
