Pros:

Location, the staff (Din) is very polite.

Cons:

Room is very small like a jail cell, elevator is scary and tiny (less than small).
Bed bugs, thin walls... Never again.

Not a 5 star hotel, but good in its price range

Hotel céntrico y zona segura si viajas sola

Viajé a Milán sola por trabajo y he estado muy agusto en mi estancia. Nada más llegar me recibió Rafa (Raphael) y fue un encanto explicándome todo y recomendándome sitios de Milán. En general el personal de recepción y de limpieza es super amable. El hotel está situado a 10 min de la estación Central por lo que es muy cómodo para moverte por la ciudad. En los alrededores tienes supermercados, cafeterías... muy cómodo y la zona es tranquila. Tienen una neverita en recepción que puedes utilizar y disponen de secadores de pelo. La habitación siempre estaba calentita y las camas cómodas y limpias.

Cons:

Nada más entrar a la habitación olía mucho a tabaco y había ceniza en la ventana. Esto en realidad es culpa de los anteriores huéspedes porque claramente ponía que no se podía fumar... las almohadas son un poco incomodas y se oye mucho el tren.

Everything you need but budget friendly
Pros:

Everything. Kindness of the owners and easy reach from the central station.
We appreciate being assigned the same room of our stay back in 2023. Very kind!!!

Cons:

Is just a bit small, but we didn’t need anything more. It was perfect like this!

Solution d'hébergement basique pour un petit budget
Pros:

L'accueil assuré par le personnel de l'Hotel était cordial et prévenant. Rapport qualité prix correct pour un service minimum dans une ville globalement très chère.

Cons:

Les équipements (mobilier, salle de bain) sont en état d'usage bien abimés mais ils fonctionnent correctement, il faut être prêt à ne pas être dans un vrai confort. Ne pas prévoir de rester plus d'une nuit.
Par contre vu l'épaisseur des murs dérisoire, il vous faudra espérer pouvoir compter sur la politesse et les bonnes manières des autres locataire, ce qui ne fut pas mon cas. J'ai été empêchée de dormir par des gens qui criaient au téléphone dans leur chambre, certains qui réservaient leur taxi au téléphone en haut parleur dans le couloir à 4h du matin, et même d'autres qui ont tenté (sans y arriver) de camoufler le bruit de leurs ébats en mettant de la musique pendant des heures. Le personnel n'est que vaguement intervenu après que je lui ai demandé, ce qui n'a rien changé.
