Pros:

Doamna foarte primitoare. Gradina interioara foarte faina si parcare privata

Cons:

Apartamentul sigur nu a fost folosit de mult. Furnicile se plimbau liniștite pe pereți. Mirosul de închis si de mucegai. Pernele cred ca nu au mai fost spălate. Salteaua veche ca cucu dar comodă .

Sehr liebenswürdiges und schön gelegenes Park Hotel im wahrsten Sinne. Es geht eine Auffahrt hinauf, dann kommt man auf das Hotelgelände mit grünen Parkplatzflächen. Das Hotel hat architektonisch romantisches Ambiente. Wir hatten das kleine Zimmer im Erdgeschoss genommen, was für unseren Zweck ausreichend war, es gibt natürlich größere Zimmer und ein Dachstudio. Die Gastgeberin nimmt sich Zeit für persönliche Gespräche und bereitet nach Absprache ein individuelles Frühstück vor. Die Klimatisierung und Belüftung im Gebäude ist ein einzigartiges System und hat uns fasziniert. Wir kommen gerne wieder, sollten wir durch Sofia reisen.

Pros:

Lokacija ispod planine Vitoša je savršena kako za odmor tako i za kratko proputovanje u Sofiji. Savršen vrt u hladovini, sobe uredne i čiste, toalet jednostavan ali sa svim potrepštinama. Imali smo pogled na planinu, što je doprinijelo još boljem ugođaju. Posebno bi istaknula gostoprimstvo domaćice koja nas je dočekala s osmijehom, i brzo smo se sprijateljili, kao da smo došli u posjet prijateljima. Jako lijepo iskustvo. Preporučavam svima koji dolaze u Sofiju, da odsjednu u ovom smještaju, ukoliko žele prijatnu i mirnu atmosferu

Yeşillikler içinde güzel bi villa

Cons:

Kişibaşı 10 euro sabah kahvaltıya vermemiz, tabakta omlet yapılmış 2 yumurta ince dilim kaşar, peynir, zeytin
Tabağın resmini ekledim. Ayrıca gece soğuktu ısınması yoktu.

Посуда. Чайники. Кондиционеры. Коврики. Ремонт. толерантный к клиентам персонал.
Pros:

Локация хорошая. Рядом большой парк. Парковка. Обособленный двор / сад. Отдельный вход в каждый номер с улицы.
Семейные номера. Два санузла в семейном номере 👍 много зелени. Очень красивый особняк. Есть опция проживания с питомцами. Тихо , никто не шумел. Вид с балкона отличный. Чистый воздух. Балконы огромные.

Cons:

15€ в сутки за собачку. На booking цена указана 5€.
Посуды нет (надо все просить).
Чайника или воды питьевой тоже нет.
Холодильник не работал или был отключен.
Тоже самое с ТВ (возможно сели батарейки).
Не знаю как летом но я не видел кондиционеров или вентилятора.
Кафель на полу и нет тапочек или ковриков.
Номера пыльные и давно хотят обновления.
Кажется что-то с розетками - мой телефон при зарядке немного бил током.
Не понравился и персонал - по газону не ходи , «это ваш пёс пометил сад?», «не оставляйте в номере собаку».
Есть над чем поработать , потенциал есть. Твердая 6.
