Piacevole soggiorno nella magica Berat
Pros:

Posizione centralissima, struttura molto pulita e curata. Staff cortese e disponibile (mi è stata gentilmente recapitata la colazione in camera quando ero in difficoltà a salire fino alla terrazza del terzo piano).

Sehr hilfsbereit und gute Lage in der Fußgängerzone mit vielen Cafés und Restaurants. Grosse Auswahl beim Frühstück.

Cons:

Man kann nicht mehr direkt beim Hotel parken, denn es liegt an der Fußgängerzone. Ca. 200 m entfernt ist aber eine unterirdische Parkgarage für 8 €/24 Std.

Great Hotel, extensive breakfast and outstanding hospitality
Pros:

The hotel was fantastic, but the receptionist really made my stay special. He was so thoughtful and took great care of me from check-in all the way through breakfast. That kind of personal service is rare and much appreciated!

Het is een mooi hotel, gelegen aan een voetgangersgebied en parkje, dus lekker rustig. De kamer was ruim, netjes en de bedden heerlijk comfortabel. Er was een zeer uitgebreid ontbijt bij, op het dakterras met een mooi uitzicht op de stad.

Cons:

De douchecabine vond ik een beetje krap.

Il ragazzo alla recepition gentilissimo e molto efficiente. La posizione davanti alla strada principale e tutti i ristoranti, l'affaccio meraviglioso sulla vallata.

Cons:

A causa della strada oltre il fiume dove c'è sempre passaggio di auto, etc. per chi ha il sonno leggero la posizione di notte è un po' rumorosa.

Great property, right on the promenade, walking distance to everything - would stay again.
Pros:

Beautiful property, close to everything. The room was lovely, staff were eager to help, parking was a bit of a challenge but excellent once we figured it out. Everything was great.

We had some issues with the wifi.
