Me senti acolhida nesse hotel.
Pros:

O hotel é pequeno, mas muito acolhedor. Me senti muito bem lá. Fiquei em um quarto individual, confortável. Fui muito bem acolhida. Embora seja distante da área turística, o entorno é muito agradável, está muito próximo da estação Gerusalemme e tb da estação Domossola (conexão com o aeroporto Malpensa)

Cons:

Nada a acrescentar.

Очень приятные хозяева отеля, везде чисто и опрятно, несмотря на то,что мебель и сам отель довольно таки старые. Местоположение отличное, в пешей доступности все интересные и знаменитые места. В номере есть полотенца, мыло,шампунь. Все отлично, нам очень понравилось, я рекомендую это место.

Cons:

Очень сильная слышимость(соседи поздно возвращались и громко говорили, все было слышно), и не было чайника и утюга.

- big room, big bath room
- might be difficult for some people to carry the suit cases up since there are only stairs, but the staff would help you
- tram and bus stations nearby
- nice neighbourhood with lots of bakeries, super markets and restaurants

Tavsiye ederim.
Pros:

Erken geldiğinizde eşyalarınızı otele bırakabiliyorsunuz. Aile işletmesi olduğu için siz otele girip/çıkarken genelde bakıyorlar kimin girip çıktığına (olumlu veya olumsuz ne nasıl algılamak isterseniz). Metroya çok yakın. Yürümek isterseniz de pek çok yere yürüyerek gidip gelebilirsiniz. Odaları temizleyen housekeeping olan teyze çok tatlıydı. Genel olarak güleryüzlüler.

Cons:

Otelin içi biraz gürültülüydü. Sebebi de kalan diğer insanlardı. Ama genel olarak sessizdi. İnternet bağlantısı fena değildi ama daha iyi olabilirdi. Anlamadığım başka bir şey odamın temizlenmesini istememiştim ama ona rağmen odamın anahtarını aldılar, akşam otele döndüğümde onlardan yeniden aldım. Sebebini anlayamadım sadece.
