Pros:

I had always chose Bigland Bogor Hotel as its location are superb.

Cons:

As mentioned, I am a regular to this Bigland Bogor Hotel. However, this time the service is a bit fell off from what was expected.
Housekeeping service cleaning the room should be properly train and be attentive.
My bins were not totally cleared.
Ashtray was left uncleaed.
The bath towels are as bad as a towels to clean the flooring.

Staff nya friendly semua..., kamar nya bersih, hotelnya bersih.

Cons:

Pas nginep weekend barengan sama 3 group yg meeting nginep..jadi hotel nya ramai sekali, liftnya jadi lama dan penuh. Begitu juga pas sarapan...super rame..kyk pasar..
Pesen kamar deluxe balkon..ternyata balkonnya kecil dan kliatan kurang safe..jadi dikunci, kalo mau buka harus hubungin pihak hotel...jadinya balkon pajangan aja pdhl harga nya lebih mahal dari yg ga ada balkon.

Rooftop kafe nya cuman buka sampe jam 23:00 last order jam 22:00 pdhl malam Minggu, satu2nya tempat paling enak buat nongkrong ngumpul2 kalo liburan menurut saya tp jadi terbatas.

Kalo buat meeting sepertinya oke banget. Tp utk liburan lumayanlah.

Took quite awhile before the water gets hot for shower.
Room attendant need to be trained. Often left some rubbish, unclean cups and used ice bucket in the room

A great few days
Pros:

The room was super with floor to ceiling window with a great view of the city and the distant mountains. The rooftop buffet with live music had lovely food at a fair price and we had a great night.

Pros:

BigLand Hotel Bogor gave me excellent service with a free upgrade. When I got sick, the staff truly cared for me. Clean rooms, multiple restaurants, and a beautiful rooftop with live music. Only issue: nearby mosques start at 4 a.m., but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Overall, very happy stay!

Cons:

急坂を乗り降りしないとホテルに着かない。ロビーの場所が分かりにくい。
プールにはチェアがない。
近くのショッピングモールまでのシャトルがあるように書いてあるが、運行していない。

Er was een mooi dakterras, goede bedden, lekkere douche.
Personeel in lobby heel behulpzaam. Personeel in restaurant aardig meedenkend .

Cons:

Lobby was moeilijk te vinden. Beetje in parkeergarage . Was minder uitnodigend.
