Hotel Soča

Schönes, neues Hotel mit hervorragendem Frühstück und tollem Schwimmbad. Sehr praktisch wenn man im hoteleigenen Adventure-Unternehmen Rafting, Canyoning, etc, buchen möchte.

Loved the design of the hotel. The family room was great, so much space with the upstairs for the kids. Lots of great features and really clean. The staff were super helpful and friendly in every part of the hotel. We are particularly grateful for Alexander who sense checked all our plans and advised us on some great places to visit. He was super patient with us as we came to him with yet another question! The breakfast was lovely, everything fresh and fantastic staff ensuring everything was topped up. Our kids absolutely loved the rooftop hot tub, which really made our last night fun. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Soca, thank you for making us so welcome!

It was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. We stayed in a room with a beautiful view of the pool and the surrounding mountains, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The spa area needs to be booked in advance, which is actually a great idea because it allows you to enjoy it in peace and privacy. The rooftop jacuzzi is especially impressive. The swimming pool is another fantastic addition. The Soča River is breathtaking but extremely cold, so after a full day of hiking in the summer heat, relaxing in the pool is the perfect way to unwind.

Breakfast also exceeded my expectations. Everything was fresh and delicious, with a wide selection of options.

During our stay, we also booked a rafting trip with the Soča Rafting Center, which is part of the hotel. Everything was perfectly organized, and we had so much fun!. It was definitely one of the best things we did in Slovenia!

The hotel's location is another major advantage. It is situated right next to the bus station, making it incredibly convenient to catch the summer shuttle buses.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always making sure we had a comfortable stay. To our surprise, we found complimentary bottles of water and a small bottle of champagne waiting for us in the room upon arrival. As a lovely finishing touch, we also received a small gift when checking out.

I absolutely loved this hotel, and if I ever return to Bovec, I will definitely stay here again. It truly exceeded my expectations.

Tolles Hotel in schöner Umgebung. Schöner Pool mit eleganten Liegen, das beste Frühstück auf unserer Reise - so vielfältig und von guter Qualität!

Im Dorf hat es keine grosse Auswahl an Restaurants. Das 9:45 etwas ausserhalb ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Lage perfekt um das Soča Tal zu erkunden. Die Lage ist in Bovec okay, aber nicht spektakulär. Das Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon war wirklich sehr schön und sehr sauber, das ganze Hotel hat einen sehr ansprechenden Eindruck hinterlassen. Beim Buchen hatte mich gestört, dass das Bad kein separater Raum ist, ich persönlich mag diese Zeit im Bad gerne für mich alleine. Wir haben es gelöst, indem wir den Vorhang vor dem Duschfenster zugezogen hatten. Die Türen schlagen automatisch recht laut zu, aber das ganze Hotel kam früh zur Ruhe , sodass man davon in der Nacht nichts mitbekam. Es ist wohl auch eher ein Hotel für kurze Aufenthalte um den Triglav Nationalpark zu erkunden. Die Gäste waren international und alle sehr angenehm. Das Personal war hilfsbereit. Der Pool sehr schön, obwohl wir ihn nicht genutzt haben. Überhaupt war dort wenig los, man hätte immer einen Platz bekommen. Das Frühstück in Buffetform war prima.
