Hospitality is really bad. Not worth your money.
Pros:

Only good thing about the property was the hospitality from one person specifically, which was Carolina during my check-in.

Cons:

Not worth your money, run away. Definitely not what you expect from a 4-star hotel, paying €170 per night in the off-season.

Hospitality was really bad, they charged me €7 to rent a towel for just one hour after I had checked out not even a deposit, they CHARGED ME. I had literally just been a guest, and there was zero flexibility and they weren't friendly. For me, that says a lot about the level of hospitality and how they treat costumers.

Breakfast was another disappointment. Because it was off-season, I had to pre-select what I wanted in advance, which was mostly ignored. What I actually received felt low quality and not at all what I’d expect from a hotel in this category.

I also found the amenities quite average, again, not worth the money and not what you expect from a 4-star hotel.

Personally, the whole experience felt lacking in attention to detail, flexibility, and genuine hospitality. I wouldn’t come back, and I don’t feel the hotel justifies either its rating or its price.

Hotel se nahaja na odlični lokaciji, ki je zelo mirna. Osebje v hotelu je zelo prijazno. Svetovali so nam tudi odlične restavracije v bližini. Bar, ki se nahaja v sklopu hotela ima zelo dobro ter razširjeno ponudbo. Zajtk pa je bil fantastičen. Zagotovo se še kdaj vrnemo!

Wir hatten im Mai vier Tage in diesem Hotel gebucht. Vorweg: Das Socatal und der Triglavnationalpark ist beeindruckend und wunderschön Es handelt sich um ein modernes Hotel in direkter Nähe zu dem im Sommer bestimmt sehr quirligen Ort Bovec. Das Personal ist freundlich , eher reserviert. Das Zimmer ,Deluxe Doppel,war groß, mit viel Stauraum und ein teils offenes Duschbad. Weiterhin gab es einen Balkon mit zwei Stühlen und einem Tisch.Unser Zimmer war sauber und das Bett war sehr bequem.Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielseitig und ausreichend und der Frühstücksraum hell und modern.Je nach Wetter werden auch einige Tische draußen auf der Terrasse beim Pool eingedeckt. Viele Speisen werden in Gläsern angerichtet, es gibt leider keine Beschreibung, sodass man nicht weiß um was es sich handelt. Der Aussenpool ist im Sommer bestimmt angenehm erfrischend . Die Sauna und den Wirlepool haben wir nicht genutzt. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz am Haus , hier könnte es bei voller Belegung eng werden. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis fanden wir im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels etwas überzogen.
Im Hotel können direkt Outdooraktivitäten gebucht werden. Das Hotel ist Teil des im Sommer bestimmt noch viel quirligeren Ortes Bovec. Schon in der Vorsaison sollte man einen Tisch fürs Abendessen, wenn man nicht nur Fastfood essen will, vorbuchen.
Wir wollten das wirklich wundervolle Socatal und sein Nachbartal zu Fuß erleben. Den Weg vom Hotel bis zur Soca fanden wir nicht sehr schön und so mussten auch wir zunächst ein Stück mit dem Auto fahren und eine der wenigen Parkmöglichkeiten belegen, denn der Bus fährt erst ab Juni ins Tal. Für Leute die auf Adventure -Tourismus stehen ist man hier wohl sehr gut aufgehoben. Diesbezüglich war schon ganz schön viel los und im Sommer bestimmt sehr viel Rummel, denn der ganze Ort Bovec scheint davon zu leben. Das tolle Tal ist also schon lange kein Geheimtipp mehr. Auf den kurvenreichen Bergstrecken/Pässe waren Unmengen an Motoradfahrer unterwegs.
