This hotel exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable it truly felt like a luxury experience.
The attention to detail throughout the hotel is remarkable. Every space is thoughtfully maintained, and the atmosphere is both relaxing and elegant. The location is also ideal, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere.

What stood out the most was the exceptional service friendly, professional, and always with a smile. It’s rare to find a place where everything comes together so seamlessly.

Pros:

Osoblje je divno i susretljivo. Soba je prostrana i cista. S balkona se pruza divan pogled. Dorucak je jako ukusan i raznovrstan. Na recepciji smo rezervirali zipline i sve je bilo lijepo organizirano. Odlicno iskustvo.

Pros:

Nagyon kényelmes és modern a szálloda. Kitűnő svédasztalos reggelivel szolgáltak és szép környezetben helyezkedik el a hegyek között. Csendes nyugodt pihentető hely.

Este 10 órakor a bezár a bár evvel nincs is baj,de az ,hogy hagyd el a lenti kicsi társalgó részt ez zavart minket illetve az,hogy mire megtaláltuk este hol is kellene kimenni az épületből ,hogy leállítsuk az elektromos töltést az autónál,mert ugyanis a főbejáratot lezárják ,szerintünk bejelentkezésnél ezt mondani kellene.

Bivanje odlično, dobra hrana, prijazno osebje, super storitve, odličen razgled.

edino kar sva pričakovala je ležišče za psa, ga žal nisva imela s sabo, ker sva mislila, da ga dobiva v sklopu sobe ob najavi, da potujeva s psom.

Hospitality is really bad. Not worth your money.
Pros:

Only good thing about the property was the hospitality from one person specifically, which was Carolina during my check-in.

Cons:

Not worth your money, run away. Definitely not what you expect from a 4-star hotel, paying €170 per night in the off-season.

Hospitality was really bad, they charged me €7 to rent a towel for just one hour after I had checked out not even a deposit, they CHARGED ME. I had literally just been a guest, and there was zero flexibility and they weren't friendly. For me, that says a lot about the level of hospitality and how they treat costumers.

Breakfast was another disappointment. Because it was off-season, I had to pre-select what I wanted in advance, which was mostly ignored. What I actually received felt low quality and not at all what I’d expect from a hotel in this category.

I also found the amenities quite average, again, not worth the money and not what you expect from a 4-star hotel.

Personally, the whole experience felt lacking in attention to detail, flexibility, and genuine hospitality. I wouldn’t come back, and I don’t feel the hotel justifies either its rating or its price.
