malgré les circonstances , cette halte m'a permis de mieux apprécier ce séjour
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner continental était très bien avec du vrai jus d'orange pressé, la carte du restaurant et des menus variés et bien servi .Le personnel très sympatique.

Cons:

j étais dans une chambre pour handicapé, donc en soi très bien sauf que c'était pour des personnes en fauteuil ,
la glace dans la salle de bain était très basse et il n'y avait pas de possibilité de la régler, ce qui était regrettable pour une personne grande.

Disappointing, after last year, which was very good.
Pros:

Bathroom and shower were excellent. Heating control was good.
Freshly squeezed orange juice machine was good.

Cons:

The restaurant, which we particularly enjoyed last year, and the reason we went back, was closed, on Sunday. We were phoned only two hours before arriving to tell us that the hotel was going to close at 5 pm. We complained at reception, but were told that this was Booking.coms fault , not the hotel. However we were directed to a nearby Brasserie, which was excellent, but we were unable to drive there, as the car park was locked, and we weren’t told that this was going to happen, or how to open the gate. My wife has difficulty in walking which made this very uncomfortable for her. We feel that this was rather unsympathetic of the receptionist.
Room was a little cramped. Breakfast room was also cramped.

Pros:

Great hotel, excellent value and comfy rooms.
Couldn't eat in the restaurant due to a wedding but amazing restaurant/bar across the square.

Briey is a lovely little town and great place to stop over or stay longer and explore the surroundings.
