Very convenient and well-located hotel. Stylish interior design.
The experience was extremely disappointing. We parked and entered the hotel for just 10 minutes to ask about the possible check-in time, and for that we were charged 3,000 won, which felt unreasonable.
The room was dirty and poorly maintained.
There was dust everywhere, and the small windows were so dirty that it was impossible to see the sea through them. The towels smelled old and damp. There was debris stuck between the floor tiles, and the only hanger in the drying cabinet was dirty and rusty.
No toothbrushes or toothpaste were provided in the room. We had to buy a set for 5,000 won, which included only two very cheap toothbrushes without toothpaste, a razor, and a disposable wipe. The only comb in the room was old, reusable, and extremely dirty. The slippers were clearly used and looked like they had never been washed.
There was no remote control for the air conditioner, and one of the chairs in the room was made of cheap plastic.
The room was a complete disappointment and did not match the photos at all!

Well located near the beach, but that's about where the good stuff ends
Dirty, smelly towels, don't speak English, breakfast was just toast and the coffee maker didn't work. Usually. Room was small. No view. Overpriced. Claustrophobic. Air conditioner was too powerful for the room it was in so it was either too cold or too hot. Bed super uncomfortable, only two pillows.

The room with no windows, 140 AUD for one night, the person at the front desk called us like 3 times for us to leave at 12 to check out, mind you he called at 10-10.20-10.40 etc.

The room and all facilities in the room
The shower towal they gave us is small and uncomfortable to use. Staff at front reception do not give much service. As a foreigner, we do. Ot have korean phone number. They’re not willing to help us call for booking at any local restaurant or get taxi for us. What’s the point of having reception if they not going to do any of this? We’re really unhappy with the service. The only thing that we happy about is the room.
