IL SOGGIORNO IN QUESTA STRUTTURA E' STATO OTTIMO, TITOLARI E PERSONALE FANTASTICI E GENTILISSIMI.

LA STRUTTURA E' UNA BUONA BASE DI PARTENZA X LE VARIE ESCURSIONI. LA GESTIONE FAMIGLIARE E' VERAMENTE ECCEZZIONALE E I SERVIZI OFFERTI CI HANNO PIENAMENTE SODDISFATTI, COLAZIONE OTTIMA E ABBONDANTE CON UNA SCELTA MOLTO VASTA X TUTTE LE ESIGENZE.

Pros:

La chambre était climatisée.

Cons:

Nous avons dîner au restaurant mais pas eu accès à un menu mentionnant les prix .
Le choix était oral et limité .
Déçus par rapport à l’attente comparé aux commentaires dithyrambiques sur le site.

non c’è il parcheggio privato. Il parcheggio più vicino è a più di 300 m dalla struttura in una piazza pubblica; un parcheggio pubblico assolutamente non vigilato come tutti i parcheggi pubblici.
Nel sito non è specificato che alcune camere sono in una dependance, e senza aria condizionata. Dependance peraltro in cui stavano effettuando i lavori di ristrutturazione e pulizia per cui abbiamo dormito con l’odore della pittura fresca. Peraltro abbiamo dovuto salire le scale di accesso passando su stracci e coperte messe a protezione dei gradini, perché stavano esattamente imbiancando la scala, ed il tutto con i bagagli e senza un passamano.
Ma la cosa peggiore è stato il comportamento del gestore che ci ha telefonato 3 giorni prima per dirci che non onorava la nostra prenotazione e che ci ospitava in camere senza aria condizionata
Dopo le nostre proteste sembrava che avesse desistito da quell’intento, invece quando siamo arrivati ci ha dirottato alla dependance alle condizioni sopra descritte. Un modo inconcepibile di gestire una struttura turistica e principalmente i rapporti con il cliente (cliente con oltre 200 prenotazioni su Booking , livello Genius3; ndr)

Não sabemos, não achamos o Hotel, o Wase precisava de mais dados, onde é esse hotel? Na Italia, mas eu escrevi Campos do Jordão. Preciso receber esse dinheiro de volta, até tivemos que ficar de ultima hora no Hotel Miniférico. Houve um terrível engano. Nunca aconteceu isso. Sempre elogiei vocês, Agora me acontece isso. Preenchi os dados, tenho foto do número de reserva ,paguei. é em Campos do Jordao esse hotel?
