На Booking була розміщена інформація про готель Klaudia's Hotel & Restaurant at Golf Resort Bač Šamorín, яка не відповідає дійсності, я саме:
1. Не вказано, що рецепція працює тільки до 19:00, а потім потрібно шукати ключ в якійсь скринці. І що після 19:00 в готелі взагалі не буде нікого з персоналу.
2. Готель в жахливому стані та потребує ремонту (тріщини на стінах, відвалюється штукатурка, грязь і т.д.)
3. Відсутність освітлення території
4. Парковка не охороняється і т.д.

The hotel is relatively remote so own transport is advisable. Uber operates in the area. Unfortunately the rooms do not have AC. Reception only seems to operate during golfing hours. This seems to be primarily a golf club with a few rooms. Food decent but menu limited.

Pros:

Food was exzellent and the stuf very friendly. Breakfeast with wide good choice. The rooms are clean and price - performance ratio is good.

We booked for 3 nights and payed in advance via Expedia. Unfortunately my wife broke her arm and we had to leave the evening of our 2nd night. We where offered the return payment of 2 nights and it was handeled very professionally, even according to the terms of sales, it would not have been necessary.

You will see us definitely again!
