The staff are extremely attentive and the facilities are above average. We went to the Onsen for sauna, hot tub and cold

Complete chaos bij aankomst..

De locatie was prima.

Cons:

Dit was geen hotel. Het is een gebouw zonder hotelfaciliteiten. Bij aankomst was men bezig de entree te verbouwen. Lawaai, fietsen in de hal en boodschappenkarretjes om de bagage te vervoeren. Een geimproviseerde receptiedesk, echt te belachelijk voor woorden.

Voor het ontbijt en zwembad werd je doorverwezen naar een ander hotel dat op hetzelfde complex lag. Op zich waren deze faciliteiten prima, maar onacceptabel voor de prijs die wij hebben betaald.

อาหารเช้า พนักงานที่ให้บริการอาหารเช้าไม่มืออาชีพ มีคูปองอาหารเช้าเพื่อไปทานที่ห้องอาหารโรงแรมข้างๆ ไป3คน พนักงานบอกให้นั่งโต๊ะเล็กๆที่วางแค่กาแฟก็เต็มแล้ว และอยู่ในมุมผนังติดกับเคาเตอพนักงาน ขอย้าย พนักงานแจ้งเต็ม แต่พอลูกค้าโรงแรมนั้นลงมา พนักงานพาไปนั่ง ต้องถาม2รอบต่อหน้าผู้จัดการถึงยอมย้ายโต๊ะให้ ซึ่งเป็นบริการที่แย่มาก(เคยไปญี่ปุ่นที่โรงแรมขายอาหารเช้าเหมือนกัน พนง.ดูแลทุกคนอย่างดี เพราะทุกคนซื้ออาหารมาแล้วไม่ใช่ทานฟรี)

Pros:

One bedroom suite was very well equipped, spacious and like new. Staff were friendly and helpful. We’ve stayed at their sister hotel “Lacol” previously and also very happy. Lovely breakfast included and excellent lunch/dinner available too. Would stay again and recommend to friends.
