Pros:

Piccolo hotel molto curato, moderno, pulitissimo, ubicato in posizione tranquilla ma abbastanza centrale, con parziale vista sui faraglioni. Il titolare e’ persona molto disponibile e professionale. Lo consiglio.

Incredibly kind and gracious owner and very helpful and friendly staff.
Pros:

The location is perfect and there are lovely views from the breakfast terrace. Breakfast was good too. Service was excellent at breakfast and throughout my stay. Ettore, the owner, is an incredibly gracious man. He was extremely helpful and gave me loads of great restaurant suggestions and trips to try. He sent me all the ferry times before I arrived.

On my last evening I wasn’t feeling well and Ettore made me several pots of mint tea and toast. He was just so kind and helpful. A memorable stay. I hope to come back some day

Le petit déjeuner est correct mais pourrait être amélioré avec des produits frais. Tout est industriel. Rien que proposer des œufs serait un gros plus.

Simplesmente perfeita!
Pros:

Experiência completa e perfeita, desde o café da manhã, recepção (hospitalidade excelente), qualidade dos quartos, café da manhã delicioso, local relativamente próximo ao centro, estrutura nova e completa. Vale ressaltar a equipe, Franccesco e Ettore. Em especial ao Ettore, que nos ajudou sem medir esforços!

Tivemos um dia de chuva, já havíamos comprado o ferry de ida e volta para Amalfi, porém o de retorno cancelou e ficamos com medo de ir sem a possibilidade de voltar. O Ettore foi extremamente solicito, nos orientando a melhor forma de ir e retornar, inclusive ligou para a empresa de ferry, me passou o nome de uma amiga que ficava em Sorrento no atendimento de ferry, me passou o seu próprio número de whatsapp para ligar em caso de problemas. Nos deu toda segurança, um serviço muito além do esperado.

Já fiz diversas viagens pelo mundo, nenhuma teve uma combinação de estrutura, localização e hospitalidade como essa, parabéns! Desejo todo sucesso!
