Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts, Ettore and Guiseppe
Pros:

Breakfast was very good, continental . location was just far enough away from crowds.
Only 3 to 4 hundred yards through the narrow back streets and you were in the main square
Very handy for Capri RoofTop and Hotel Quisisana where family were staying for family wedding.

Cons:

no tv in room, no coffee making facilities

Perfect
Pros:

Everything was brand new, comfortable hotel, beautiful terrace with view , the breakfast staff was very welcoming and kind. Ettore was excellent when he received us, told us about capri, and how to move in Capri. The hotel is in an excellent location, and everything was perfect in our stay.

Pros:

Pros:

O Hector nos recebeu logo na chegada e foi super educado e prestativo. Os atendentes sao super atenciosos e nos deram todo o suporte para algumas duvidas na ilha.
Quarto apesar de relativamente pequeno, atende super bem o casal e possui um bom banheiro.
O custo nao foi baixo mas pelo o que pesquisei é o padrao da Ilha e nao tem muito o que fazer, considerando que ela fica em alta temporada praticamente de abril a setembro pelo o que ouvimos.

Cons:

Havia recebido um feedback negativo sobre o café da manha por um amigo, porém achei que atendeu bem as necessidades. Eles nao possuem uma mesa com paes, frios e variações. O cafe é servido numa cesta com paes e geleias, de uma forma padrao aos hospedes, mas confesso que foi super bem servido inclusive com iogurtes. Nao atrapalhou em nada a nossa experiência mas avaliar a inclusao de uma mesa para os hospedes se servirem pode melhorar ainda mais as avaliações.

Nice view, but the unexpected extra charges and poor breakfast ruined the experience

Nice view from the room and a good location in Capri

Cons:

I was unexpectedly charged an extra €95 at check-out because the room had a balcony/terrace. I never requested a balcony room and was not informed about any additional charge when booking. I had already paid for my room online. This felt very unfair. The breakfast was also disappointing, as it only included a croissant and a cappuccino, with no buffet or proper breakfast selection

The location was perfect, within walking distance of the beach, ideal for enjoying time with my mom and kids, and close to everything Capri has to offer. The beautiful surroundings, excellent service, and friendly staff made our stay truly memorable.
