Hotel La Minerva

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in, in the world! From the moment we arrived at La Minerva, the entire team were extremely friendly, attentive and accommodating to both me and my wife. We came for our Honeymoon and we picked the perfect place which we will remember for our whole life! The facilities are amazing with a beautiful pool and beautiful brand new gym. The services from all the staff and hospitality was 10/10. The rooms are extremely spacious and our room is cleaned every time we leave and return to find a perfectly made bed with a small bouquet of flowers. The location is perfect, 5 min walk from the main town of Capri which is perfect as you are not in the middle of the business of Capri. This family run hotel is the perfect sanctuary of calm and natural beauty, and we are so grateful to all the team at La Minerva. We cannot wait to come back! They helped us arrange the most amazing day and night occasions and were extremely helpful in everything we asked them. The best hotel in Capri and we cannot wait to come back for longer next time!

I just can’t say enough about the outstanding service and detail at this gorgeous hotel in Capri. We had a beautiful view from our lovely and spacious room, and a very large and private outdoor space to relax at the day’s end. Every part of this hotel was so perfectly curated with the very essence of Capri. The staff was so engaging with greeting you by name any time we walked through the door and asked about our day and if they could do anything for us. They arranged our boat trip around the island and a great cooking school experience. The rooftop restaurant was one our most special dinners we had in our time in Italy. Thank you La Minerva for a most wonderful time! We will be back!

Wonderful boutique hotel with the most efficient and friendly staff. Situated centrally in the middle of town but down several steps from Via Camarelle. Discrete and not with a glitzy or flashy clientel..... lovely pool with small cozy lunch area and the typical Capri view of the blue sea.

Beautifully decorated by the mama of the family and run by her 2 sons. Every room has been carefully thought out and the color scheme is Capri white and blue tiles.

You are in your own home with intimate friendly staff always there to help you in any way they can.

Delightful rooftop for breakfast and dinner with a really superb chef also ready to cater to your specific needs.

If you want a super efficient boutique hotel with wonderfully clean rooms then this must be your stop.

La Minerva is the GEM of Capri! This hotel is by far the best 5-Star property on the Island. With deep roots on Capri, this family run hotel oozes chic and offers guests superb and friendly service with authentic Italian charm. Nothing is out of place here- the rooms are beautifully appointed, everything is spotless, the food is fantastic, and the pool is a dream. The service is stellar and the staff goes above and beyond to make everything easy and perfect. If you have time, do not miss a spa treatment! La Minerva is an amazing hotel!

We had the most incredible stay at La Minerva during our visit to Capri. The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating, and the rooms and facilities were clean and beautiful. We hope to be able to return and highly recommend to anyone visiting!!

The property was amazing… very beautiful , comfortable with a wonderful view. The staf was great and always ready te help. Specialy Federica who made everything easier for us with different reservations…

Stunningly beautiful property in a magnificent, jaw dropping spectacular location!

This property is pristine, truly immaculate and beautiful in every way. The owners are personally vested in the care, upkeep, and maintenance of this gorgeous hotel. We spent some of our best moments on Capri at La Minerva. Meeting one of the owners was an honor annd such a joy, and we enjoyed hearing about the history and long standing significance of the hotel and location. The owner was so lovely and impassioned about everything there, so refreshing and wonderful! The grounds and landscaping look like a dream out of a beautiful Italian romance movie. Every detail has been looked after and the cleanliness as well as detail truly shine. It is also very close to luxury shopping and lots of wonderful walking paths and everything you would want to see in Capri. But honestly, once you are here you would not want to leave.

We enjoyed cocktails on the patio off the main lobby, and this was one of the highlights of our entire stay on the Amalfi Coast. I highly recommend this perfect jewel box of a hotel as a “do not miss” stop when you are on Capri. We have seen a ton of European hotels/ locations but this was certainly a huge standout and we cannot wait to go back to La Minerva! Cheers to the owners and fantastic staff for creating this one of a kind in the whole world!

Our 5th visit to the island & to this hotel. Fantastic personal service in an environment that is a rest for the eyes & the mind. Superb rooftop breakfast & dinner, and poolside lunch all overseen by the excellent Kamal & his superb colleagues. The private taxi service from the port of Naples to the airport provided by Davide Columbro & organised by the hotel was superb & highly recommended. See you all next time!

There can be no better place to stay in Capri. The warmest of welcomes in this family run hotel, you feel truly like
a guest of the family. The decor and grounds so chic, yet understated. The attention to detail immaculate. It immediately entered our Top 10 hotels in the world list. Thank you to all at La Minerva for a wonderful

The hotel is family run and it is in a beautiful location. The interior decorations are gorgeous. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. The tiles used throughout the hotel are spectacular. They also served a number of gluten free items on their menu.
