Please upgrade your facilities as your room is good but due to few point it's downgrading your hotel
Pros:

The room is clean, aircond & facilities is the room is good

Cons:

They don't even have a basic hair dryer & tv with a reason of previous customer stole it, and they don't even provide a bottle of mineral water! The worst part is the blanket is torn & it's a thin blanket. The aircond is cold, when I went to reception to ask for a thick normal blanket that used for hotel they can tell me we don't have & my son which is just 1years old shivering in cold!
