Overall, not a good experience
Pros:

Location - central and easy to reach.
Clean
The receptionist was willing to help and communicated well in English

Cons:

1. The hotel parking wing was full, and I had to pay €18 for parking outside.
2. The fitness center is not located in the hotel - you need to travel about 10 minutes to reach it.
3. The room was very noisy, with no soundproof windows.
4. The breakfast was very basic.
This is not a 4 star hotel by any standard.

Super matrac, silny prúd vody v sprche a super raňajky. Parkovanie v garažach, je potrebne opýtať si čip na recepcii, záloha 10€ po odubytovaní sa vracia.

Super lokalita, dobrý hotel, chutné raňajky.
Pros:

Izba bola čistá, hotel bol dobre situovaný, blízko centra.

Cons:

Steny sú tenké, prakticky som počula celý telefonát hosťa vo vedľajšej izbe a ulica vonku bola rušná.

Cons:

Garantovali parkovanie ktoré nebolo dostupné. Bohužiaľ mali len 2 parkovacie miesta pre celý hotel. Boli sme na 1.poschodi, velmi hlučné, jednak z ulice, ale aj vo vnútri hotela.

Overall good experience with some room for improvement!!
Pros:

The location is excellent, right in the center of the city and conveniently situated on the main road, making it easy to access nearby attractions, shops, restaurants, and public transport. However, being on the main road also means there is quite a bit of noise, especially during busy hours, which may affect light sleepers.
The amenities and furniture were good, though they could benefit from a more modern touch to enhance comfort and appearance. On the positive side, the staff were extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful, which made the stay much more enjoyable.
Overall, a well‑located hotel with great service, but with some room for improvement in noise control and interior updates.

Cons:

A bit disappointed with the repetative breakfast options, as the variety was limited. Adding a few more items or rotating the menu would make the experience much better.
Additionally, there was no hot kettle or tea/coffee setup in the room, which is something most travelers expect. Although the staff kindly arranged a kettle when I requested one, it would be more convenient if these essentials were provided by default.

Bohužel jsem dostala pokoj s oknem do rušné ulice. Okno netlumilo zvuky z ulice. Bohužel nemohla jsem spát.
Byl to můj druhý pobyt a pokoj s oknem na druhou stranu byl bez problémů.

Operativní vstřícné jednání, milý personál, možnost psa na pokoji, výhled z terasy na hrad, fajn snídaně. V přízemí bar s milou obsluhou. Parkování v ceně! Na Slovensku se v barech kouří, škoda...za to hotel nemůže. Takže celkově super., moc děkujeme ♡
