サウナさえあればなぁ…朝ごはんすごくおいしかった！
Pros:

スタッフの方が優しく丁寧でした。
細やかに対応して頂き大変助かりました。
朝ごはんが豪華で味もよかったです！大満足でした。

Cons:

外国人スタッフばかりで日本語が少々聞き取りづらい。
22:20にサウナを利用したが
すでに電源を落とされて使用できない状態でした。
(利用時間23時までとサウナ室の入り口にも書いてありました)
すごく残念でした…

スキー場に近いロケーションの良いホテル
Pros:

施設や寝具が清潔でよかった。開放的で、ロケーションもいい。車山スキー場の利用だったので立地が良かった。

Cons:

値段の割に、朝食がイマイチ物足りなかった。楽しみにしていたので、ちょっと残念。

高原のホテルに相応しい絶景の立地
Pros:

部屋からもお風呂からも八ヶ岳の眺めが素晴らしい。
フロントもレストランも外国のスタッフだけで微妙な言語の疎通が出来ていなかったように感じたが、誠実にキッチリと対応されていたので好感が持てた。

アクセスが不便ですが、その分ロケーションは良いです。
Pros:

やや年数の経過した設備ですが、どこも清潔に管理されており、快適な時間を過ごしました。

Cons:

冷蔵庫のお水が有料だったのですが、湧水が豊富であるなら、これを無料で提供されると良い思い出になると思われます。
