The staff in charge on 22/7/2025 a man then a young lady
When I informed the the guy there is no water since 4.00am and his response that they turn off the water pump which it is ridiculous statement.i informed them second time,this time with the young lady,the lady seems trying to solve the matter but she just suggested me to use other bathroom.No apologies from them at all.Thus when I checked out they do not give me any discount!

Pros:

Stayed for a night for work travel, and I had a great experience! The room was comfortably clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly! There are ample parking areas next to and in front of the hotel.
