Rules tidak jelas adakah niat mengambil duit customer?

Saya telah meletak deposit RM50 dan tidak dipulangkan atas alasan my room berbau rokok.saya suruh staff dapatkan bukti puntung rokok dan habuk rokok dari bilik saya kerana asap boleh jadi datang dari udara ke bilik saya hujung sekali. Ini tidak dibuktikan, dan saya tetap gagal mendapat deposit saya kembali. Staff hanya memesan tidak boleh merokok tanpa bgtau kalau ADA BAU ASAP ROKOK DRPOSIT TAK DIKEMBALIKAN? tapi adakah dia nampak saya merokok? Ada signage denda merokok RM250. Kenapa tidak denda saya kalau betul merokok hanya sebab bau ASAP ROKOK! ..denda dan pulangkan deposit RM50 saya. Adakah INI CARA MUDAH HOTEL MENDAPATKAN DUIT CUSTOMER??? Saya SANGAT TIDAK PUAS HATI TENTANG PERKARA INI ! SAYA HARAMKAN !
