Много добра кухня, любезен персонал, Чистота, удобни барове на басейна и плажа с отличен набор напитки, хубави междинни закуски и добра анимация ! Всичко е чудесно !!

Buna ziua,
totul a fost foarte frumos, chek-in ul s-a facut foarte rapid, camera a fost gata la ora 12.30, desi chek-in ul se face dupa ora 14-15.
Parcarea din fata hotelului cam mica (era plina), dar mai exista 2 parcari (una subterana si inca una in lateralul hotelului cu foarte multe locuri, aceasta din urma fara plata).
Mancarea a fost diversificata (dar spre deosebire de alte hoteluri din Bulgaria a fost foarte bine gatita, neuleioasa, nimic vechi sau de pe o zi pe alta).
La piscina de la hotel nu era ingramadeala, gaseai sezlonguri fara probleme. Plaja foarte frumoasa, amenajata, fara pietre/scoici/alge, sezlonguri la discretie.
La intrare in apa, la plaja din fata hotelului erau pietre in apa, deci recomand sa mergeti la 50 - 100 m in stanga si este alta plaja fara pietre la intrarea in apa, cu intrare lina pentru copii.
Exista si un beach-bar pe plaja de unde se pot lua bauturi alcoolice si nonalcoolice, dupa ora 10 (cocktail-urile sunt punctul slab la acest hotel, nu stiu sa le prepare (la niciun bar).
Camera mare, spatioasa, curata, se facea curat zilnic, tot personalul hotelului foarte amabil, zambitor si daca te puteau ajuta, o faceau fara probleme.
Seara este foarte frumos sa te plimbi pe plaja care este foarte lunga, daca 'insistai' puteai ajunge pe faleza din Obzor...
La check-out, care se face la ora 11, te mai lasa inca 1 ora daca vrei ca-n ultima zi sa mai faci o baie si apoi un dush rapid.

Посещаваме хотела за четвърта поредна година и с радост отбелязвам, че надграждат всяка година с по нещо ново. Хотела е Ultra All inclusive. Отговаря на снимките. Просторни и чисти стаи,добре поддържани общи части. Басейна е чист и с достатъчно шезлонги и плажни кърпи. Вкусна и качествена храна, богат избор, за всеки вкус има по нещо. И въпреки че хотела винаги е пълен никога няма струпване и опашки за храната. Cooking бара правят страхотни дюнери, пици, гофрети и понички целодневно. Вносен алкохол. Дневна и вечерна анимация за деца и възрастни(ненатрапчива). Има бар на плажа(който е почти пред хотела), плажен басейн и джакузи. Чист плаж с шезлонги и чадъри за всички. Приветлив и усмихнат персонал още от посрещането на рецепцията до напускането се грижи за перфектната ви почивка. Перфектно място за почивка както за семейства с малки и по-големи деца така и за двойки на средна възраст. Заслужава си! Благодаря Ви Marina sands bijou boutique. Пак ще ви посетим! Номер едно сте!

Hôtel parfaitement propre, personnel très présent et fort agréable. Buffet avec un large choix. Animateurs sympathiques avec un choix varié d'activités et de spectacles typiques les soirs. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au calme merci encore à toute l'équipe du Marina White Sands pour votre générosité.

The beach bar, free parking and food

Nice hotel to spend your vacation with your family.
We had a large and clean room with a beautiful sea view.
The location is perfect: the hotel is near the sea and the hotel beach is continuing with a beautiful natural beach on its right side.

Placement: You have sea / forest. Location is slightly secluded so it is idea for people who want to relax.
Facilities: All inclusive with free access to beach.

Very clean, different menu everyday, perfect location for a family vacation, staff very polite and helpful.

I love the location of the hotel! You're right in nature - next to the woods and the beach, but at the same time you have your comfort.
It was quiet (our room wasn't facing the pool). The atmosphere is calm and relaxing.
The food is not luxurious, but it is quite good. I'm a vegetarian and always had at least a couple of options (not just fries and salad, but actual meals). Plenty of options for everybody else, especially for lunch and dinner. Not the best dessert, though.
The room is spacious.
The bed and pillows are comfortable.
The beach is clean and has fine sand. The pool is good, has lots of sunbeds for everybody.
The bar is always open for drinks throughout the day and you can take anything to the beach and just relax. (Please clean after yourself)
Overall we had a great experience with the place. I'd really like to visit the hotel next year and stay longer.

We found that the hotel was located nicely away from the hustle and bustle of the main city and it was very quiet. The rooms were really spacious and comfortable. The hotel was very clean throughout. It was not the typical all inclusive where you have the same food for lunch and dinner every day of the week. There was a nice variety and the menu was different for lunch and dinner, the food was well prepared and very tasty. There was a variety of snacks as well between main meals by the pool. The beach is just outside the hotel (less than 5min walk). The beach was also very clean. We liked that there was a good organisation for the evening entertainment with guest singers, movie night, dancers etc. Most of the staff were very nice and pleasant to talk to, Nikolay Ivanov one of the barmen was very quick with the service. Throughout the day there is good entertainment especially for kids, occasionally there was beach volleyball, water polo etc.

The hotel lived up to the 3 stars it was given, however, it would not be classified as a 4 stars hotel. The rooms were relatively clean, having hotel cleaning staff clean and change our towels daily. The food was tasty.
