Надзвичайна увага до деталей. Привітний персонал. Комфортний номер
Нажаль потрапили під-час атаки дронами на Одесу. Було досить страшно знаходитись на 19 поверсі. Але це не вина готелю

Привітний персонал, заселили трохи раніше, все чисто, гарно, тихо.
Готель перевершив всі наші очікування. Чистий номер, в якому все продумано до дрібниць: шапочка для душу, капці, гігієнічний набір, чай від tea house, дріпи foundation, водичку оновлювали кожну добу. Також при вʼїзді чекав сюрприз на мене — це масочки для обличчя. Шикарний зручний матрац. За запитом також можуть надати халати. До Аркадії пішки 10 хв, до моря 15. Залюбки приїдемо ще!
Не дуже сподобалось, що вночі світло горить під номером дуже яскраво, вночі іноді прокидалась і думала, що вже ранок.

Чистий та комфортний номер. Зручне розташування готелю.
Дуже приємні та привітні люди) Неодмінно відвідаю знову! номера чисті, навіть чайник був помитий та без накипів. Пилу немає, усе чисто. Працює телевізор та смарт тв, ютуб і тд. Є усі засоби гігієни.
При виселенні нас порадували міні презентом у вигляді тістечка, що було неочікувано!
Єдиний та незначний мінус, що у кави на столику вийшов термін придатності. Але на фоні всього то це неважливо))
