酒店位置不错，在老城区，距离景点和缆车站很近。买东西方便。酒店很干净，隔音效果很好。工作人员超级热情，我们入住期间恰遇当地狂欢节，不好打车，工作人员就拎着我们的箱子，上坡下坎帮我们找出租车。

Cons:

酒店门被压缩的只能一个人进出，很逼仄，进出不方便。房间布局太满，活动空间很小。

Tapaba mucho. Tal vez una cortina un poco mas gruesa, seria ideal. Pero todo lo demás fue espectacular.

Cons:

El hotel indica que todas las habitaciones tienen calefacción. Por eso reservé este hotel. La temperatura por la noche era de -2 grados Celsius. La habitación estaba a unos 10 grados Celsius. Le pedí al recepcionista que encendiera la calefacción. Dijo que traería un calefactor eléctrico y que, al volver de la ciudad, estaría calentito. Regresamos cuatro horas después. El calefactor no estaba en la habitación, así que preguntamos qué pasaba. Después de media hora, lo trajeron de vuelta, medio defectuoso, y no calentó hasta dentro de un minuto. Dormimos con la ropa puesta. ¡Horror! Se filtraba agua por debajo del lavabo del baño.

The owner is extremely unfriendly and kicked us out because in carnival times she can make more money with late unreserved guests. The use of the balconies is not free anymore, other than specified on their booking.com page. The whole thing is a rip-off.

Cons:

Like having a night in a discoteca! There are flashing color lights on the façade of the hotel during the night and it passes by the window and the curtains: it’s impossible to sleep in some a the rooms at the front, same with a sleeping mask. Worst nights we had in Bolivia. I called the reception in the middle of the night and they said there is nothing they can do! Awful! Dont sleep there!

Pros:

Excellent location. Comfortable bed. Bed linen, pillows and towels all very good quality. WiFi only so-so. Breakfast good if you're on a diet.

Cons:

Some rooms have no windows. Our room, at the front, had only a lightly opaque blind that let in the street light so a sleeping mask was required. We were charged about 18% more than the price quoted on Booking.com. When I said we shouldn't be charged the tax, was told the extra was due to the Booking.com commission. She dug in her heels and said even with the extra charge, it's still cheaper than their usual rate. I was tired from a long bus ride, so paid it.

Cons:

In one night there was a loud Party in the hotel until after midnight.
The rooms have milky glas to the corridor. During the night the lights in the corridor permanently switch on and of, which shines into your room, so that you never have a dark room for a long time!
