вернулась бы снова несомненно, уникальное место
Pros:

невероятно красивый номер с панорамным видом на горы, очень стильный и просторный, чистый, комфортный, было все необходимое

Cons:

по ту сторону окон могли ходить гости отеля и сотрудники, поэтому не чувствовали себя уединенно, приходилось закрывать окна шторами и лишать себя такого вида из окна

Pros:

Very nice views from your windows. International guests but Armenian culture and excellent food. Fundraising for rural children is in se a reason to choose the hotel in our view.
You can call for a buggy to move your luggage from the parking.

Cons:

We had some difficulties in finding the reception (it's at the base of the complex, where there is the restaurant)...
As other said, the concrete corridors.

Nice charity, interesting building, dreadful service. Stay elsewhere
Pros:

Profits go to charity, good location, interesting building

Cons:

Staff service is bad. Most guest bring their own food and drink. Restaurant and bar is a real joke.

Exceptional
Pros:

Such an incredible place to stay, 10/10 doesn’t do it justice. Lilit in reception was so welcoming and so passionate about the amazing work that COAF do, her hospitality really made the trip for us. The scenery is stunning and the hotel is well set up for you to enjoy it regardless of which room you’re in. Breakfast was included and was delicious and the dinner was also excellent. We will definitely return!
