Calme, bien situé avec un personnel agréable.
Pros:

Hotel buen situé sur le bord du Mékong, la chambre dispose d'une vue sur la ville agréable. La piscine est bien appréciée avec sa vue à 360 degrés sur le toit. Le personnel est serviable. Le petit déjeuner est parfait. Des restaurants divers sont présents à proximité dont un français très bien et à tarif raisonnable.
Une belle escale pour visiter la région.

Very good hotel where to relax in Pakse!
Pros:

Comfortable hotel with a pool to relax after a warm day out. Good breakfast, and near city center. Great rooftop view of the Mekong.

Cons:

The staff was not very helpful when we asked how get to Don Det.

Buch das Hotel für einen stop - du wirst nicht enttäuscht sein
Pros:

Das Hotel ist zwar renoviert und das nicht perfekt aber für erotische Verhältnisse und dem Preis kann ich es nur empfehlen.

Cons:

Das Drumherum ist nicht so toll Baustellen und Bau nebenan aber der Blick auf den Balkonkanal und die Promenade ist echt nett

Très bien mais peut mieux faire
Pros:

L'établissement est très propre avec un personnel accueillant. Le hall d'entrée est vaste ainsi que les chambres. Le petit déjeuner est assez complet.

Cons:

La piscine mériterait un meilleur aménagement. On voit qu'elle commence à vieillir. L'emplacement est quand même un peu loin de la partie centrale de Pakse, mais on est au bord du Mékong et ca c'est un plus.

Un hotel très confortable, bien situé, avec un personnel d’accueil très gentil , et un super petit déjeuner.
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner est un buffet copieux.L’hotel est bien situé sur les rives du Mékong à 100 m d’un espace de restauration extérieur. Le personnel est très gentil et on peut laisser les valises lorsque l’on part sur le plateau des Boloven.

A good place for a short visit
Pros:

The location a long the river is very nice. Room was fine for a short stay. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The shower could be cleaned better in the corners the stains are old. Zhe dampness from the shower can be seen on the other side of the wall. The swimming pool needs updating as well the latter is rusty and not safe anymore.

Pros:

L'emplacement, à 2 pas du marché de nuit.
Le personnel très sympathique et disponible, nous faisions une partie de la boucle de Paksé en scooter et avant pu laisser nos affaires à l'hôtel pendant ce temps et faire laver notre linge, super pratique !
Bon petit déjeuner.
La piscine sur le toit 😊

Pros:

Die Lage und der Blick auf den Mekong

Cons:

Fenster und Türen total undicht. Das Hotel hat seine besten Zeiten schon länger hinter dich. Der Pool war völlig abgewrackt, die Leiter in den Pool aus der Verankerung gerissen, die Folie löste sich. Null Instandsetzung

Perfekt, leider zum falschen Zeitpunkt
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt an dem kleinen Stadtpark von Pakse ( was gleichzeitig ein Vor- und Nachteil ist, siehe unten) Unser Zimmer war geräumig und ansprechend eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet und ruhig. Sehr zu schätzen wussten wir die warme Dusche mit 2 Duschvarianten und konstanten Wasserdruck👍. Das einige Gäste das Frühstückbuffet monieren, können wir nicht nachvollziehen: Sowohl die warmen Speisen, Spiegeleier etc. als auch Obst und Getränke wurden regelmäßig nachgefüllt!

Cons:

Am Pool gab es leider keine Handtücher ( obwohl man darum gebeten wurde nicht die Handtücher aus dem Zimmer zu verwenden. Der zweite Punkt hat nichts mit dem Hotel selber zu tun: von 7.02. - 15.02 fand im Stadtpark direkt vor dem Hotel vom frühen Abend bis Mitternacht ein Food/music Festival was zu einer erheblichen Lärmbelästigung führte
