Das Personal ist extrem freundlich. Dem Gast wird.soweit möglich, jeder Wunsch erfüllt.
Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer gebucht und ein Doppelzimmer mit Beistellbett bekommen. Diese Kombination war extrem eng und wir konnten uns kaum bewegen. Auf Nachfrage wurde innerhalb von 5 Minuten eine Lösung gefunden und unser Kind (17) konnte in das Nachbarzimmer umziehen. Unsere Zimmer wurde jeden Tag sehr liebevoll aufbereitet.
Die Küche ist sehr gut! Egal was wir im Restaurant bestellt haben, es war alles sehr lecker.
Wir sind mit Hund gereist und sie war immer sehr willkommen, sie durfte uns im Hotel überall hinbegleiten.
Wir sind sehr dankbar für die schöne Zeit im Hotel!.
Die Lage ist sehr gut, zentral zwischen Innenstadt und Strand.
Wir konnten vor oder hinter dem Hotel immer einen Parkplatz finden.
Es gab eine Show mit Grillabend, wir wurden herzlich erinnert und gefragt ob man uns einen Tisch reservieren soll.
Die Show mit anschließender Karaoke ging bis 23:30. Die Lautstärke war kein Problem in den Zimmern.

The best part of our stay were the friendly and obliging staff, many thanks to Sayed, Mehmet, Enes and the rose between three thorns Serpil, these four lovely people made our fortnights stay very relaxing and happy, Once again nothing was to much trouble for them. Consequently we will be booking again later in the year and we are looking forward to it. Thankyou for a lovely holiday.

This hotel is my favourite I return every year, adequately situated, it's very clean and rooms are also, staff are great and very helpful. I enjoy the food, it's a very respectful hotel with owners there to keep their on things to make sure customers are happy. It's excellent value for money, my favourite place also has a book corner.

Staff great .entertainment great .Lunch menue good .clean rooms good.

Food not great

The rooms are quite dated and there are no full length wardrobes. A lot of the food was extremely greasy and too salty. The pool and pool area was ideal and the bar staff were great. This hotel was fine for us as we mainly used it as a Base but it wasn't anything special

Loved when got my room changed to 401 looking down at the pool plus staff couldn't do enough four you we really loved it

What a lovely hotel just returned from a 12 night stay. The hotel was very clean and rooms attended to daily. The staff and owners are lovely and will solve any problems or issues promptly and go out of their way to accommodate and make your holiday special. The entertainment was fabulous, not every night but on the nights there was it was quality. Throughly enjoyed and we will be back!

Just returned from Panormos Hotel Altinkum in the Didim area. We will not go again because the owners are watching all the time. There are notices everywhere not to bring food and drink into the hotel because of hygiene reasons, yet there were cats eating off the tables. Lots of cats and kittens walking around the dining area. The milk for the cereal was warm, because it was not refrigerated, the fruit juices were the same. There were lots of chipped crockery and cracked glasses. Most of the sun beds were wooden and close together. The cleaning staff were brilliant. The dining room staff were lazy.The hotel is pet friendly, which is not hygienic. We felt uncomfortable every time we walked in with a bag . Do yourselves a favour and go somewhere else.

Terrible expierience. We booked for 17 nights and left after 3. The couple in the room next door had a dog which barked none stop all night. The staff refused to check, saying the dog was outside and wouldn't come with me to witness the noise. On the 3rd night I knocked on the next room to be met by a Turkish gent who had a terrier type dog. I asked if he would stop it barking. He replied "no, go back to England ". I complained again to staff who this time said they couldn't do anything because they were a pet friendly hotel. I asked for another room to be told no. I asked what I could do and was told rather abruptly accept it or go somewhere else. Avoid at all costs

Just got back from yet another fantastic holiday at Panormos Hotel. The owners and staff are amazing, they really look after you and nothing is to much trouble. The BBQ night was great the food was amazing. The rooms are spotless the cleaners are great. Location is perfect as not right near the main strip.
We had most meals at the hotel as the food was amazing, thanks to all the amazing staff x

what a friendly place u cant say nothing to any 1 it goes around like clock work trouble. told the maid something every 1 knew they have 2 faces u have to be carefull only had soft drink 2 or 3 meals at night the bill at end of hols was extrem expensive as u pay with card from hotel the drink is very expensive there wont return they like to know to much and cant bring water in 20 llr in hotel 10 outside u are watched in every way be carefull they had police to some 1 who complained

We have just returned from a 10 day holiday. Had a lovely time, hotel staff, from reception to housekeeping to bar and waiters were amazing. So friendly and nothing too much trouble. We would like to give a special mention to Mehmet, who was always there to look after us, also George, Tarzan, Enes and the quieter good looking chap whose name escapes me. Substantial breakfast, with someone on hand to freshly cook the eggs. Occasionally ate at hotel in evening, cannot fault food and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend a stay here.
