Room size
The food
The room provided was comfortable, though it did not offer any view. The hotel staff were courteous and attentive, ensuring good service throughout the stay. The location of the hotel is fairly average, and the food served was also of an average standard.
I visited the hotel on the occasion of Holi, i.e., on 4 March 2026. The hotel had arranged a Holi celebration by the swimming pool. I was accompanied by a group of nine adults and two children (one aged five years and the other aged 2 years and 8 months). During the celebration, my younger son, aged 2 years and 8 months, inadvertently dipped his hand into the swimming pool water after playing Holi.
At that moment, a member of the hotel management—whom I understood to be a manager, identifiable as a fair, bald gentleman—reacted by yelling at my child without taking into account his tender age. Such conduct was highly unprofessional and deeply insulting. The behavior of this staff member was inappropriate and unbecoming of the standards expected in a hospitality setting.
Hospitality
No disliking, everything was fine.
The food and service
Pillows are too big
Location
Hot water was an issue.
Nothing special . Over rated . Behaviour of staffs was Good
No view , room size small . Over priced
food served was very good.. room with pool access was great too
2 things I would like to highlight, firstly lot of flies in the room for which no precautions taken by the property & secondly the AC duct system is not good at all.. if u switch off the AC then the windows & doors will be watery along with the room floors which becomes quite a problem
VERY GOOD
Cleanliness and friendly staff
Price rate of resturant food .Very high . Digha is known for cheap and best place . But all Hotels now become commercial .
Ambience
Glass windows are not clean ...and also there were dust in room table and chair
