Was not a enjoyable stay.

The location was good. We have not taken any breakfast

Cons:

Very small room. For the geyser needs to request again and again to switch it on. Staffs need to be more courteous. Got disturbed because of noise created by other residents.

Good facilities. Clean room and friendly staff. Good food in the restaurant too.

Cons:

First resort I am seeing where even drinkin water is charged. All resorts give 2 bottles per day complementary but here even first bottle of water is paid. They give complementary kettle, milk powder and tea bags, but expect us to buy the water to use these which sounds funny. Also, some function was going on nearby which had loud music playing full day till 10 pm at night and started again at 5 am the next morning which did not let us sleep peacefully. Food order always reaches much late (despite the hotel staff committing to certain times)and is never brought together. By the time few dishes come, it’s almost like we have finished our meal as we are already hungry from the long wait. All these issues make the property feel overpriced for what it provides.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. room was comfortable and cozy

Pool maintenance wasn't good. Too much chlorine in water and it was dirty
