Very good hotel, great staff, the food could be much better.
Pros:

The reception team are amazing, the facilities are clean and well maintained. Awesome beach and superb location.

Cons:

The food is not that good and the whole dinning room has a very strong odor particularly when fish are served.

נגיש, צוות מקסים, נקי, פעילויות לילדים, מיקום יחסית נוח באילת (עם חוף פרטי), מגוון גדול מאוד של כל סוגי המזונות בחדר האוכל, כולל לצמחוניים

הכל היה אחלה, חוץ מההשכמה ע"י צפצוף משאיות מתחת לחלון החדר, יש לציין שהיה עם מי לדבר ואף הציעו לנו לעבור חדר, אבל להתקפל אחרי שכבר פרקת ועבר לילה אחד, ונשאר לך רק עוד לילה אחד... פחות מפתה

מקווים שבפעם הבאה יהיה לא פחות ממושלם.

Нам не то что понравилось,а мы просто в восторге от всего,я человек которая не люблю писать отзывы,но я не могу пройти мимо в этом случае.Отель,рабочий коллектив,условия,еда, отношение, атмосфера, расположение всё круто,еда разнообразная, вкусная,на ресепшене Ади отдельная благодарность,очень приятный и внимательный,вобщем всё круто, обязательно приедем на отдых ещё в этот отель,ставлю 100 из 100, молодцы

Прекрасный персонал. Очень вкусная еда. Аниматоры и развлечения для детей. Спасибо огромное было замечательно!

Cons:

Было бы замечательно если бы в комнате был ершик для унитаза. Ну и хотя бы по одной бутылке воды в холодильнике

הבחירה הכי טובה שעשיתי !!!!

וואו אין לי מילים באמת,
הייתי אמורה לטוס למסיבת רווקות בחול, לצערי המצב במדינה עקב המלחמה דחה לנו את התוכניות, סגרנו חדר במלון כל החברות, מהרגע שהגעתי רק אמרתי שהגעתי לחגוג מסיבת רווקות, בלי לחשוב פעמיים ישר שידרגו אותנו לחדר דלוקס מקשר ככה שנהננו כל החברות ביחד!!! יחס ושירות ברמה הגבוהה ביותר, לא עבר חצי שעה מאז שנכנסנו לחדר כבר דפיקה בדלת עם מגש פירות, כל יום התקשרו אליי לבדוק שהכל בסדר ואם צריך משהו, ליום שישי שלחו לנו עוגה גדולה למסיבת רווקות שחגגתי, בחיי שבכיתי מאושר, הרמה פה במלון לא נופלת מאף מלון בחול!!!!! הצוות פשוט מדהים, רועי המנכל שדאג שהכל ילך כשורה, אופירה וטל מדהימות לא החסירו מאיתנו כלום, סגרנו גם עיסוי שהיה פשוט 100/100, האוכל במלון הכי טוב באילת ואני חותמת על זה, אין אין זה פשוט לכתוב בלי להפסיק!!!!!
חד משמעית שאני לא מעוניינת ללכת לאף מקום אחר באילת חוץ מיו קורל ביץ, תודה לכם שנתתם לי להרגיש הכי בבית שיש, תודה על הכל ואני בטוחה שנתראה עוד כמה פעמים הקיץ.

מלון מעולה עם שירות ברמה הכי גבוהה שיש, אוכל טעים, שפע , אטרקציות , נקי,עומדים בעומס של אנשים ולא מרגיש עמוס בכלל, חדרים עם מיטה נוחה, חנייה זמינה של המלון, כל צוות המלון אדיב ונעים תודה לאופירה ועדי על כל העזרה !!!

Pros:

The restaurant offers a wide selection of dishes, and the staff is very helpful and ready to make your stay enjoyable. We booked upgraded rooms on the top floor, and it was fantastic. The grounds are spacious, there's plenty to do. a cozy pool and a nice place to relax around. and you can access one of the best beaches in Eilat , exit directly from the hotel

Cons:

The lobby is a bit simple, but it provides safety and freedom for the running kids , various games, activities and table tennis .
The beef in the restaurant was tough, but the pargit and Solomon were delicious.
