קיבלנו שירות ללא יוצא מן הכלל! כולם היו אדיבים קשובים וזה כל כך לא מובן בתקופת מלחמה כשאילת מפוצצת תיירים. לא נתקלתי בשירות כזה בישראל!

Персонал, который постоянно улыбаеться, аниматоры прикольные ребята, Кирилл и мужчина я забыл как его имя который на стойке стоит тоже на русском разговаривает, ему вообще отдельный респект, вкратце самый крутой отель в котором я был в ейлате однозначная 10

התארחנו במלון והחוויה שלנו הייתה פשוט מצוינת! כבר מרגע ההגעה הרגשנו יחס חם, אישי ומלא תשומת לב.
קיבלנו הפתעה נעימה במיוחד – שדרוג לחדר ברמה גבוהה יותר, מה שהפך את תחילת החופשה שלנו למושלמת. בנוסף, חיכו לנו בחדר בקבוק יין, שוקולדים ופירות טריים – מחווה מקסימה שתרמה מאוד לאווירה הנעימה.
האוכל במלון היה טעים מאוד ומגוון, עם מבחר רחב שמתאים לכל אחד.
חשוב לנו לציין גם את השירות האישי – נציגת המלון הייתה בקשר איתנו בכל יום, שאלה אם הכול בסדר ואם אנחנו צריכים משהו. זה יחס שלא מובן מאליו והרגשנו שממש דואגים לנו.
אין ספק שזו הייתה חופשה נהדרת, מלאה בנוחות ובחוויות טובות. בהחלט נחזור שוב!
