When I reached the hotel my room was already sold to some other person and when I complaint about this to booking.com they shifted me to different hotel. Even when I reached the second hotel it was also sold and I had no place to stay.

room and bathroom was not clean (dust, not swept and swabbed). Curtains never cleared. No water was available.. Denied us the room without hardcopy (original) of identification proof.
