Pros:

The hotel itself was lovely and hospitable

Cons:

In hindsight I might have booked some place closer to central Tokyo and also closer to a concert venue I was attending that was the main reason I booked.

That's on me though and the hotel staff and facilities were fine

想定外の場所での意外な過ごし方
Pros:

地下鉄東京メトロの東西線の南砂町駅から徒歩で5分程度のところにあります。駅の周辺は、大規模な団地やマンションが多く、その中に昔ながらの街が残っているようなところでした。そのため、直線距離は短いのですが、わかりやすい道を使うと少し遠回りになります。近道は、団地やマンションの側道のような道をたどるような感じです。会議や研修会を行える宿泊施設といった感じです。建物はスタイリッシュな感じです。2階に会議や研修を行うことが出来る部屋が複数ありました。コンベンションセンターのコンパクト版みたいな感じです。駅の周辺には、地元住民向けのお店や飲食店があり、コンビニもあります。宿泊施設の近くには特にお店はありません。朝食はビュッフェで、会場もそれなりの広さがあるので、大きな混雑はなさそうです。

Cons:

大規模な団地やマンションが立ち並ぶ地域で、観光やビジネスで訪れるイメージのところではないため、所在地の知名度も低いと思います。どちらかと言えば、東京23区内であってもベットタウン的な街かもしれません。お店等も普段使いのところで、地元の住民向けの感じなので、比較的コストを掛けずに過ごすことはできますが、気の利いたお店やレストランはあまり期待できないかもしれません。

東京行く時はまた利用したい！
Pros:

①シンプルだけど、お部屋がとても綺麗
掃除が行き届いていて、気持ちがいい。ベッドも私に合っていてぐっすり休めました
②スタッフが素晴らしい
ホスピタリティに富んでいて、誰にはなしかけても素晴らしい接客をしてくれる
③安い
この施設、美味しい朝食もついて一万以下！
