Pros:

Excellent restaurant, and the pool and beach facilities were superb.

Cons:

The bathroom was very dated. The bed was like sleeping on a snooker table, very, very hard.

Cons:

Tutto il resto! Prezzi eccessivi, spiaggia praticamente inesistente, stanza piccola, stile vecchio e non curato nei dettagli, doccia semi rotta, aria condizionata malfunzionante, 4 stelle con una tariffa media di 800 euro notte ad agosto e’ fuori ogni logica qualsiasi recensione positiva. Mi dispiace ma location e panorama meriterebbero molto di più

A wonderful time by the sea
Pros:

A lovely hotel, great food, very good service, a wonderful provite beach area and very nice, very clean and well appionted rooms. The only reason for missing an 'Excellence' is that they do not have Irons in the rooms and no communal Ironing area, so any cloths pressing has to be paid for. Apart from that, this hotel is great.

AMAZING TIME!!
Pros:

We had the most AMAZING 7 night stay at Grand Hotel Le Rocce!! The staff was so wonderful, welcoming and kind! The front desk arranged private drivers for us on 2 different days for day trips. The included breakfast was fabulous every morning and so were all the choices for lunch. The gourmet dinners were fresh and high quality. We swam in the ocean every day and the water temperature was perfect and the cove makes the water shallow enough to swim out quite far.

Be prepared for all the stairs. From the beach to our room we counted 247 stairs! Believe me though….it was worth every single step!!

A nice training warmup for climbing the Spanish steps in Rome…
Pros:

Location was nice, the restaurant was great both for dinner and breakfast. Very unique structure

Cons:

Stairs, stairs and more stairs. Very small beach access but nice once you get there down the myriad of stairs. Did I mention there are lots of stairs??

Perfect Place To Relax
Pros:

We stayed 5 nights in a Superior room with sea view and balcony. Everything was perfect. The location and the views are magnificent from everywhere. Everyone was very welcoming and professional. Breakfast, lunch (beach bar), and dinner at the restaurant Terrazza degli Ulivi were all great. We had an aperitivo at the main bar on the terrace on our first evening after a long trip and it was the best way to unwind. The room and bathroom are spacious and very well kept. Great beach service included chairs, umbrella and towels. Parking is very convenient. Perfect location to visit Gaeta and Sperlonga. The landscaping and maintenance of the property really add to the beauty of the area.

Highest recommendation to go here. We cherished every second of this absolutely beautiful hotel.
Pros:

The hotel property is stunning in the most amazing location. The restaurant was phenomenal with the best lasagna anyone in our group had ever had. The views!!! The beach will take your breath away because of its beauty, clear waters, and setting, along with all the stairs leading to it.

Cons:

The showers were so small.

Best hotel ever!
Pros:

This was genuinely my favorite place I've ever stayed! Even better than the pictures show. The staff was friendly and helpful, the amenities were well kept and gorgeous, and the food was delicious! I also definitely recommend getting a massage or facial at the wellness spa. It was the best relaxing vacation & we will be back.
