Una estancia maravillosa en un hotel lleno de encanto, con un servicio excepcional.
Pros:

The rooms are absolutely incredible, especially the upper suite. Mr. Chamika was wonderful, and all the staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming throughout our stay.

The breakfast was definitely one of the highlights, and the quality of the bedsheets was exceptional. Overall, a truly wonderful hotel with beautiful rooms, great service, and so many thoughtful details. I would happily stay here again.

Cons:

The only downside was the strong smell coming from the neighbouring hotel’s waste area, which was quite unpleasant at times. Some of the lower rooms also had a noticeable smell of food, as they are located quite close to the kitchen extraction.

The response was very poor and communication was inadequate. The bathroom had a strong, unpleasant odor. Food presentation was acceptable, but the dishes lacked flavor. Considering the high prices, the food is not recommended
