Ubytovani v hotelu bylo ve vsech smerech perfektni. Nemame co vytknout. Na zacatku pobytu Vas privita usmevavy a vstricny majitel, v hotelu je skvela rodinna atmosfera. Pokoje jsou krasne zarizene (my jsme meli Junior Suite), ciste, dostatecne vybavene. Snidane a vecere jsou velmi bohate a neni problém si cokoliv objednat a v menu zmenit. Vsichni se snazi vyjit vstric. Majitel nam dokonce ukázal i soukromy vybeh pro surikaty a volieru pro papousky. V hotelu je i uzasne wellness, kde muzete (pokud mate s sebou deti) vyuzit spa v prizemi hotelu-uzasne zarizene, nekolik saun, Kneipp, bazen s virivkou a relax zonu a pokud jedete bez deti, uvitate bazen se spa v horni casti hotelu (na strese). K lanovce je to opravdu kousicek, 5 minut chuze a navic Vam hotel muze poskytnout ski depot. Parkoviste primo u hotelu. Urcite bychom se radi vratili. 😉

Four of us stayed here for 4 nights for a Ski trip in the Kronplatz area. This is a 30 room family run hotel and it is an absolute gem of a place. From the moment you arrive, you start to experience the wonderful hospitality culture of this place. Nothing is too much trouble; everyone is hands on. You are being dealt with by family members every day, and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are upgraded every year or so to an incredibly high standard, and there is a program of updating and improvement every year (there is a bypass being built nearby, with completion early 2027 and the hotel is already planning a large outside terrace to take advantage of the newly found peace and quiet - not that there is any noise problem currently from the road outside, I was in room 401 facing the road and never heard a thing). The public areas in the hotel - bar, reception, restaurant...) are built to an absolutely superb standard and I just loved all the small details - wood finishes, pin lights, the way every weighted door closes silently - there truly has been no expense spared in the sheer quality of build in every corner of this place. And then we get to the really good bit - the food. I travelled the world for over 40 years in my career and have eaten in five star hotels & restaurants in Europe, America, the Middle East, Russia, and Scandinavia. The restaurant at the Alpin Sonnblick is the equal of the best of them, we were simply blown away by the quality of the food here. Every single plate that was put in front of us was superb and looked like a foodie magazine cover. I don't know who runs the kitchen here, but they are worth their weight in gold. So - if you are looking for a perfect hotel, with a health spa (I cannot comment on this, but I bet it was superb just like everything else), and wonderful skiing & walking in the surrounding area, you will struggle to find better. Thanks to all the staff for looking after us so beautifully.

Wspaniały rodzinny hotel, całkowicie przebudowany w 2018 roku. Bardzo dobre śniadania i kolacje, miły i pomocny personel, blisko gondoli - ok 250 m. Dbałość o detale i czystość . Polecam!

Its not often that you see places with such a a high rating. Usually its suspicous, but here its very true. Not sure i have ever seen a more friendly staff in a hotel. The food was delicious, and beeing able to walk to the skilift was just perfect.
I really liked, that they did ask for inflated rates durign the Olympic Games. Everything was very fair and correct. Great place

Posizione super essendo di fronte all'impianto di risalita! Staff gentilissimo e disponibile, colazione e cena ottime con vastissima e abbondante scelta. Camera molto accogliente e anche la spa propone tante opzioni di relax. Soggiorno incantevole e che consigliamo!

Excellent family run hotel right next to the slopes. Perfect for people who exlnjoy skiing. Welcoming employees and a very well organised spa! Food is varied and exceptional (including veggie options). The rooms are always clean and tidy.
We have been vacationing at the hotel for near 10 years and cannot recommend it enough!
