Tutto! Non riesco a trovare qualcosa di negativo. Appena arrivati ci hanno comunicato che ci era stata assegnata una camera piu grande, era stupenda e curata nel minimo dettaglio, pulizia impeccabile e terrazzo immenso. Il personale estremamente cortese, disponibile e preparato. Il cibo era buonissimo dalla merenda, alla cena, alla colazione! La zona spa e la piscina meravigliose. Peccato averci passato solo una notte, super consigliato! Torneremo sicuramente, e grazie ancora!!

Un'esperienza che porteremo nel cuore e che consigliamo senza alcun dubbio. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare!
Pros:

La struttura è davvero bellissima: gli elementi in legno si fondono perfettamente con uno stile moderno, creando un ambiente caldo, raffinato e accogliente. Ogni dettaglio, dall'arredamento all'illuminazione, è studiato con grande gusto.
La cucina è stata una piacevole sorpresa. Ogni piatto era eccellente, curato non solo nei sapori ma anche nella presentazione, rendendo ogni cena un'esperienza da ricordare.
Anche la spa e la piscina sono magnifiche: ambienti puliti, ordinati e rilassanti, perfetti per concedersi momenti di benessere dopo una giornata trascorsa tra le montagne.
Un ringraziamento speciale va però a tutto il personale, che ha reso il soggiorno davvero impeccabile. Sempre gentile, sorridente, educato e disponibile, pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza con grande professionalità. Essendo intollerante al lattosio, sono stata seguita con la massima attenzione durante tutto il soggiorno: ogni piatto è stato adattato alle mie esigenze e ho ricevuto sempre consigli e disponibilità, facendomi sentire accolta e coccolata.

Perfect voor een weekje Dolomieten - in de watten gelegd worden na een dag hiken
Pros:

Het personeel was super behulpzaam, flexibel en attent voor ieder detail. Ze vergaten bv. geen enkel moment mijn zwangerschap en pasten de menu aan waar nodig. Ook als je voor uitstappen wat vroeger wou ontbijten maakten ze daar geen probleem van.
De faciliteiten waren top, ook als het minder weer is, kan je heerlijk ontspannen.
Het eten was van hoogstaande kwaliteit.
Laadpaal naast het hotel beschikbaar aan goede tarieven.

Cons:

Het is moeilijk om nog een parkeerplek te vinden nu voor het hotel na 17u.

SUPER relax all'Hotel Sonnblick
Pros:

Viaggiamo spesso negli Hotel con SPA di un certo livello e scriviamo recensioni di frequente.
Questo ci ha davvero colpito.
Struttura esterna molto bella: tutto moderno, costruito con materiali di estremo pregio e cura di ogni dettaglio.
Un plauso ai proprietari ed allo Staff che sempre stati super professionali e ospitali. Ogni richiesta del cliente viene esaudita senza problemi e con cortesia.
Area SPA Wellness molto bella: pulitissima, nuova e curata con ottime postazioni per il relax. Punto forte: idromassaggio sul tetto con acqua calda!
Abbiamo ricevuto un upgrade gratuito di stanza: ci hanno dato una Suite bellissima, spaziosa in legno, pulita e dotata di ogni accessorio necessario e ogni comfort. Wi-Fi gratuito che funziona benissimo in ogni area.
Colazione e Cena davvero ottime: qualità delle materie prime indiscussa e piatti davvero gustosi. Complimenti allo Chef.
Esperienza super positiva, sicuramente torneremo. Consigliato al 100%

Cons:

Tutto positivo nel complesso, lasciamo solo alcuni suggerimenti per "migliorare" quello che già è ottimo:

- Sostituire tovaglioli di carta per la cena con tovaglioli di stoffa (più professionali/eleganti ed ecologici)
- indicare con una etichetta il cibo esposto per capire di cosa di tratta, per una maggiore chiarezza (brioche vuote o con marmellata, la tipologia del cibo esposto, ecc)
- Frigobar in stanza vuoto: prevedere un po' di acqua "omaggio" in stanza per i clienti
- Prevedere due tipologie di cuscini sul letto: quello presente in stanza è molto morbido, sarebbe bello averne uno rigido per le preferenze di ogni cliente
- Prevedere qualche snack salato nell'area Wellness SPA (noccioline, arachidi, frutta secca, ecc...), assieme all'ottimo distributore di bevande

Questi sono solo suggerimenti e non critiche, che servono per fare un "saltino" di qualità massima!
