Pros:

Duży pokój, bardzo czysto.

Cons:

W pokoju było dość chłodno i nawet odkręcenie grzejnika na maksa nie pomogło. W dużym jak na warunki hotelowe pokoju zamontowany wysoko na ścianie mikroskopijnych rozmiarów telewizor.

Obiekt poinformował mailowo mniej niż 24 h przed noclegiem o niedogodnościach w postaci imprezy z DJ-em.
Brak możliwości odwołania bezkosztowo rezerwacji oraz znalezienia innego hotelu w podobnej lokalizacji.
Na miejscu okazało się, że odbywa się impreza/wesele z huczną orkiestrą. Pokoje niewyciszone, cienkie ściany.
Dziecko nie przespało nocy. Impreza zakończyła się o 5 rano. Po imprezie hałasy związane ze sprzątaniem sali.

Podczas noclegu w hotelu odbywała się huczna impreza, o której zostaliśmy powiadomieni dzień przed planowanym noclegiem, kiedy nie było można odwołać rezerwacji bezkosztowo ani znaleźć nowego noclegu. Dostaliśmy wiadomość, że w hotelu będzie się odbywało przyjęcie z DJem a tymczasem była tam regularna impreza z harmonią i tamburynami do 5tej rano, po skończonej imprezie pracownicy hotelu 20 min bardzo głośno szurali jeszcze krzesłami i stolami, nie dało się w ogóle spać, od godziny 3 ciej nie przespałam ani minuty. Ten nocleg to była jakaś kpina…

Zaskakujący hotel u stóp Beskidów.
Pros:

Fantastyczny hotel z dużym wygodnym parkingiem. Przemiła obsługa zarówno w recepcji jak i w restauracji (mój syn stwierdził, że Pan kelner z brodą i w okularach był najmilszym kelnerem jakiego spotkał). Bardzo bogate i zróżnicowane śniadania (pyszne naleśniki z serem) oraz wspaniałe dania obiadowe w restauracji. Będziemy polecać i na pewno Orizy nigdy nie ominiemy gdy będziemy szukali noclegu w okolicy.

Cons:

Absolutnie nic. Tak powinien być prowadzony wzorowy hotel. Nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń.
