Giro hotel, melhor gente!

O mais importante num alojamento é o serviço, é neste hotel, encontrei dos melhores que tive na minha vida.
O primeiro que encontrei só chegar foi uma bem-vinda super acolhedora e amena. Orlando é o resto do serviço são do mais atencioso e fazem-te sentir como em casa. Dá para ver que o Hotel Baltazar é um negócio familiar, que o mais importante para eles é conectar com os hóspedes, e fazê-los sentir o mais confortáveis possível. São os melhores!!
Além disso, tenham um restaurante com comida deliciosa onde o serviço excecional continua.

Encontrar pessoas boas e humanas sempre é um prazer e, de certeza, a proximidade que há no Hotel Baltazar marcou uma diferença na minha viagem. Quando volte a Gerês, já sei onde vou ficar!

Es un hotel familiar, céntrico, tranquilo y de trato maravilloso. Restaurante con comida portuguesa excelente. Siempre que voy a Geres intento quedar ahí por la tranquilidad y el trato.
