Good location needs to work on basic needs like electricity and security
Pros:

Nice location with beautiful view of anjanaderi hills

Cons:

Power outage at night for 4 hrs, in summer is unacceptable at a resort/Hotel
Reached stay at late night no security guard.
The room was shown and given was also different .

Pros:

The location is very near to the Anjanadhri hill and can be reached by walk.
The place was neat and tidy

Cons:

It's very close to nature and we had a bat 🦇 entering our room both days and the staff was helpful to have it removed.this is something out of control.

Pros:

Bfast should be included in the plans otherwise food quality was very nice.. Good thing is that the resort had all the national as well as international options available. 5 stars for Food alone 👍

Cons:

Hot water Kettle and tea coffee pouches were missing in the rooms plus the hot water availability for bath was not consistent 24/7

Terrible, Will not recommend anyone
Pros:

Location is good, hot place. AC worked just fine. Finding the location was easy.

Cons:

Room was dirty, uncleaned after the previous guest.
We had to get it cleaned and wait.

Don't get fooled by the pics online. We had booked 2 rooms, as you as you open the door a stench foul smell hits you. We felt like living in a public toilet for 2 days.
Cleaning staff are not available always, only during few hours. When we asked to clean, they replied "the cleaning people have left for the day, we should have informed earlier"

No tissues in the room.

I would suggest people to stay at Hospete as there are absolutely no proper hotels or stays available around this area.

Great experience, friendly staff, beautiful property with great views
Pros:

Property is great, you can walk around the property in the evening, they also have seating area and restaurant, where you can spend your time. The room we booked was spacious and clean and with the great view of country side. Staff was cooperating. Food is little expensive but taste is really good.

Cons:

In our room, bathroom gutter was open, that's why there was some kind of odour the entire time we stayed there. We tried to cover the odour with air freshener.
