Everything, staff are really friendly and helpful, clean and big size of room
Nothing
This is a cozy little hotel in a prime location of the old town. Little alleys are a bit quieter even though the taxi cannot get in, it is worth it. Clean room, solid wifi, decent air conditioning--they upgraded me to a high floor and I wasn't facing the busy alley so it was a calm and comfortable stay. It was easy to communicate with management.
The shower was a little difficult to operate fully, but that's it!

Over my expectation for the top room.

Location was great. And compared to same class hotel room is clean.
Cockroaches are there in the room. At night their crawling is very much auditable as I was working at night. Also the bed provided was a combine of twin beds and on top there was a comforter. But either of us moved to center of the bed you can feel the gap and it’s quite uncomfortable.
The property is well maintained and clean. The photos are realistic and we got a last minute reservation due to the helpful staff
